BEWARE: Online orders, from this PIZZA HUT !!! Online delivery orders will go something like this: You place your order, entering your payment that includeds : optional tip, delivery fee tax & total. You tap to complete your order , it says, ordered is complete & will be delivered in 30 to 40 min. Then this, i wait over the 40 min. they are probably busy so i will wait a little longer & play a couple games of pool on my phone ........ In my livinng room by the open front windows with the front door open. When i call they told me that the driver did go to the delivery address but nobody answered, they said the driver also called me several times, Really? I was right by my open front door with my phone the whole time i never nobody came to my door or called. I agreewd to wait another 30 min for my pizza... Same thing happened. It was getting close to closing time so i called & said i will come pick my order up. I was about to leave with my pizza & remembered i paid for delivery & a tip. They gave me cash. When i got home & opened the box it looked like a pizza you left in the refrigerator to long. I took a couple bites!!! It definitely had been sitting around over a day possible even more. This happened more than once I have read many reviews similar to my experiences. Read moreI used to really enjoy ordering from this Pizza Hut—the service was solid, and the pizzas arrived hot, fresh, and usually hit the spot. Even if there was an issue, the team always fixed it quickly. But recently, it feels like things have gone downhill, especially after dealing with a new evening staff member.
On September 17th, I tried using my rewards points online for a pickup order, but it didn’t work. So, I went to the store, thinking, “Surely they’ll help me in person.” Instead, I got greeted with a level of indifference that made me wonder if I’d interrupted a nap. After showing the guy my account and rewards, he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. Frustrated, I paid for a new pizza (after being graced with a $3 discount), only to find he didn’t even add the order to my account properly.
The next day, I tried again, this time successfully ordering online with my points. Finally, right? Nope—after waiting 25 minutes, I got a text saying my pizza had been delivered... except it hadn’t. When I called the store, guess who picked up? The same guy, with the same "nothing I can do" attitude. No apology, no solution, just a "call the manager tomorrow."

Read moreThis was the first time I ordered Pizza Hut in several years. The pizza was good, but I ordered some dipping sauce with my pizza. I did not receive dipping sauce and told the delivery driver. He said he would let the manager know and try to get some out to me. I called the store two hours later after not hearing anything. They said they will call me back shortly. I called again two hours after that since I never got a call back. They finally gave me a refund on the dipping sauce, but did not refund the tax on it despite me asking them to. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to get money back for something I never received only to be shortchanged on even that.
Edit: I did email the address replied to this and was offered a discount on my next order, but since I do not live in the area, it is only good at these local franchises, and expired after a couple months, I turned it down, but it is nice that they made the attempt, though I wish it didn't take posting a negative review to get it. Also, I returned to the area several months later and decided to give the place another shot because I was in the mood for pizza. They got my order right this time, the delivery perdon was polite, and the pizza was good, so I am upping the review from one...
