French toast are delish but they're customer service, was awful! If they don't like dealing with customers, why do they get a customer service position? Time after time you'll encounter with this things that they call themselves " Customer Service Reps" all they represent is how miserable they are by giving people a disgusting service. I worked for 25 years in customer service and I've never had a complain, on the contrary people would thank me for my service. If you hate your job so much why don't you go back to school or get another job!

The hours say they open the dining room at 6am-8pm as the photo shows. But in actuality the dining room doesn't open until 8am and closes at 7pm. Then why do they have those posted? I'm here at 7:06am on 12/1/23 and the dining room is NOT OPEN! And I have come just past 7pm a few times and they were closed!

Just got the “new so called spicy loaded wedges” and this is what they gave me. Like 5 wedges with cheese.. no sauce.. no jalapeños.. no toppings overall.

Jack in the box is your typical fast food, it gets me out of a jam when I need something fast while I'm taking the kids to and from different events or places. I appreciate the fact that they have a vegan option. Well it's not directly on the menu but you need to ask for it, and if you ask for it correctly you can save some money also. Ask for a side of rice with extra veggies and you'll basically get a rice bowl but without the chicken. For a while I would ask for a chicken teriyaki bowl and then just ask for no chicken, but since I was being charged the same, I would just give the chicken away. But one day I was told that I can ask for the rice separately and the veggies also, and WOW, saved about $3.50!!!! That is a great little Vegan Jack in the box hack! ...

Walked into this Jack and the Box on Caesar Chavez in East Los yesterday, Friday late morning for I thought a Dollar fountain drink?? Ya know as in thee other guys have. Ok, like McDonald's has. Ordered it with a nice young man at the counter. He replied, sorry sir we just have each size and they're right here( showing me the prices on the electric menu). I asked him since when??! So , the moral of my story is to J and da Box Corporate is,... Please don't be greety and sell your drinks like the other guys?? Get with the program. There is like the 55 and older that is unemployed at this time. Thanks, with respect this is Chuy aka Sneeks from a City they call San Gabriel, Califas where it all...

I had an embarrassing moment happen when my card was short on the payment. I wanted to melt!!! I was about to leave when the worker helping me COVERED MY BEHIND!!! I visit her a lot for my own food or Uber Eats. Never had any issues here. The staff is usually friendly. But THIS GESTURE needed a review. Not everyone would do that. Looks like there's more than just a Jack in that box. It came with someone that shows compassion. (Ye ye, this review over an employee helping my broke butt out BUT THAT IS NOT A REQUIRED SERVICE. THAT WAS FROM THE HEART.) THANK YOU!!! I'll be visiting more often WITH THE APPRECIATE CHANGE. PROMISE. (This location STILL showing love!!!...
