Walked into this Jack and the Box on Caesar Chavez in East Los yesterday, Friday late morning for I thought a Dollar fountain drink?? Ya know as in thee other guys have. Ok, like McDonald's has. Ordered it with a nice young man at the counter. He replied, sorry sir we just have each size and they're right here( showing me the prices on the electric menu). I asked him since when??! I had an embarrassing moment happen when my card was short on the payment. I wanted to melt!!! I was about to leave when the worker helping me COVERED MY BEHIND!!! I visit her a lot for my own food or Uber Eats. Never had any issues here. The staff is usually friendly. But THIS GESTURE needed a review. Not everyone would do that. Looks like there's more than just a Jack in that box. It came with someone that shows compassion. (Ye ye, this review over an employee helping my broke butt out BUT THAT IS NOT A REQUIRED SERVICE.
