Social Security Administration — Local services in Los Angeles

Wednesday 1/15/2025 at 9:00 am. Terrible attitude. The Asian guy with a forearm tattoo who directed people at the door was rude. He did the best he could to do the Hollywood version of the Marine Drill sergeant by giving out orders. He will rush people who are still trying to figure out how to use the Koish machine and say things like: "Sir, take a seat, Sir take a seat" when people are in the middle of typing in their information. When I tried to ask a question, He rudely replied, "No, take a seat." He had forgotten that the security office is not a Marine recruit Depot. He needs to understand that people who entered the social security office are tax paying US citizens who pay for his monthly salary. No Hollywood Drill sergeant needed! I gave a negative feedback at the Social Security website, and I encourage others to do the same if they have the same negative experience...

I went into the office yesterday, and when I walked in there was several open windows with no one (customers) in the seats out of all the open windows there was only 1 customers being helped and he was the only customer besides myself in the WHOLE building. And there top flight security guard tells me unless I have a scheduled appointment I can't be seen..... I'm like there's no one here you seriously don't take walk-ins. Society has become waaay to lazy. It's not like I walked into a packed DMV office (which accepts walk-ins). Not good...

This place or shall I say this Government office probably like all the rest, don’t ever answer nor do they resolve anything. I gotten the same letter 3 times and do the same just as requested. Yet nothing gets resolved. Being disabled and the little I get from here who can live off that then you go get a part time job and it all goes wacky and now I owe …. Thanks Biden:(.
