Prego Pizzeria - Pizza Delivery Encino — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Jan.2nd,'22, 10:59 ... I contacted Prego and ordered a large, thin crust, crispy pizza for delivery. The man said it would be 35 -45 minutes. I called back a little after 12 noon. The man said he was having driver problems, it happens. I called back at 12:10, the man said he would make it right away. At 12:30 an Armenian (I believe) gentleman arrived with the pizza one and a half hours after I placed my order. I met him at the front desk and asked what kind of deal I would get since my order was so late? He said if I wasn't willing to pay the whole bill ... he could return the pizza. I'm one of the Mercedes-Benz employees and I'd like to say that I'm the happiest that I was referred to this place seeing that it's literally a minute walk. When I call, they always greet me and take down my order. It's always ready before the time they say it is for take out and when I dine in they treat me like family. Always above and beyond! Good gluten free and dairy free alternative! My girlfriend has a gluten and dairy allergy and it's hard for her to understand my love for pizza. She hasn't been able to eat pizza since she was a little kid. We ordered a large veggie with gluten-free crust and vegan cheese, and it was a hit! It really made her day. It was EXTREMELY expensive though (over $30 for a large) so it'll have to be a special occasion kind of thing. Also, the vegan cheese is kind of light on flavor so I'd recommend toppings that have stronger flavor to balance it out like pepperoni...
