Several times I have gone to this location and the tacos and flautas are over cooked to the point of being almost burnt, I usually don’t complain, but today I was really looking forward to a good edible meal ; I was hungry. I called the restaurant and the mgr. said that it was the grease. I asked him did that mean that the grease was dirty and He did not respond. He also said that if I couldn’t get there before closing, he would only give me 50 % off. It was already 8:45 and they close at 9. I live more than 15 minutes away. That’s ok, I will never go there again. Too many times, I’ve received over cooked food and each time that I go, It is a gamble that I will receive a delicious meal. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant is not as clean as the Chili Verdes on 120th Street or the one on Century Blvd. If I am in the area, i will eat at those franchises, but never again at the Slausen Chile...

Do not support this business! They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I SPENT ABOUT $40 ON ME AND MY BABY MEAL WE COULD NOT EVEN EAT BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TO SPICY!! AND HAD CHEESE ON THE BEANS, ETC. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NO DAIRY/ CHEESE!! WE WERE TRAVELERS FORCED TO THROW AWAY BOTH MY MONEY AND FOOD BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE US OR PROVIDE A REFUND! THEY EXPECTED US TO INCONVENIENCE OURSELVES AGAIN AND COME BACK TO THE RESTAURANT! EVEN THOUGH WE COULDN'T BECAUSE WE TRAVELED AND WAS NOT LOCAL! I was willing to provide every supporting document or information to support my ever detail but they did not care or consider our situation. This chile verde has great customer service. They're always very welcoming and helpful. They have great patience. And if you lose something there they will definitely return it without hesitation. I literally left my purse there and they are the kindest people I ever met they had my purse behind the counter. Everything was in it that I left in it. And when I called them on the phone and said I left it there they told me I can come back anytime and they would have it but I came right away of course lol.
But other than that I've been here a bunch of times and they're always kind.
And a bonus is their food is a lot better than other chili Verde's.
