BP Towing — Local services in Los Angeles

Woke up this morning to find my Tahoe on a flat. Called my insurance company and they set up a tow with BP Tow Service. They came to my house quickly and efficiently. Didn't even have to request a flat bed 😊. Eddie, the tow truck driver went over and above. Asked him if I could start to get into the truck as he was putting my Tahoe on the flat bed, because my knee was hurting with this cold weather. He told me not to worry, he pull up to the curb once he pulled out of the driveway. Once we got to the tire shop, he explained that he would pull up to the curb and help me out, because it was still a jump down to the ground. He got out and gave me a hand. I truly appreciated that, because my knee was killing me. He didn't have to do that. Thank you for your courteous service. Terrible service. I left a saw, blades and extension cord in their truck and didn't hear back from them until Discover froze the payment a month later. Then the owner lied and said he had been contacting me since the day his driver brought items to his office. (Instead of bringing my property back to me). The bottom line I paid too much for a tow that was literally around the corner for 250$. If you happen to drop or "leave" anything by mistake good luck with getting it back until you cancel payment. Then he MAY call asking why did you do that, like the missing property isn't good enough reason for stop payment. Even if AAA sent this company for free I wouldn't have them tow me. This towing company was a life saver at the most necessary time in my life. I was on my way to my wedding, when my had a flat and it did not start at 3 AM in the morning. Yes...that was how early I had to wake up and go! There are so many things to do that morning, and there never seems to be enough time. I had to drive from down from Los Angeles to San Clemente. If you are married, you will know that being late for your wedding is the worst way to start a new life.

Anyways, I called them and they arrived quickly and helped me out. It was out of nowhere, and they got everything going FAST looking over everything, fixing the flat and jumpstarted the car.
