GameStop — Local services in Los Angeles

Go to any other GameStop except for this one yesterday I called GameStop about a system I'd like to sell the other GameStop said that it would be okay even if I didn't have the charging dock because the system could be charged with a type c then I realized that the GameStop had called was the fourth furthest from me so then I went to the closest one and this chicken nothing about video games she didn't even look in her system and she was hella rude she told me that I would have to pay her for her to buy it even though the other game stop said that it would be okay either without a dock they would just have to pay me less this chick seemed gen z entitled like she has a job but she doesn't really want to do her job type dealio so she's going to do the least she seemed to have no knowledge...

One of the best GameStop experiences I've ever had. I just picked up my switch 2 last night and not only was it extremely fast and well organized but when the gentleman at the counter handed me my console I felt that he was genuinely as excited as I was. The two workers had a smile the whole time and answered everyone's questions patiently and clearly no matter how many times they were asked the same question. Even before the midnight launch I would call and ask about how the pre order process would work and they were eager to answer my questions and ensure I had a smooth experience. GameStop employees are the backbone of the gaming community and don't get enough credit. Shout-out to these employees for an amazing switch 2 launch and excellent...

After walking in. Taking a second to find my game, I stand in line. The previous customer and employee are just carrying on a conversation like I'm not standing in line to buy a game. Instead of helping me while he continues his conversation with. I'm left standing in line for over 5 minutes......I will never go to GameStop again. That's why they are all empty now....it used to be lines inside and outside of this place, as had customers. Now y'all are lucky to get 1 customers...
