I have been to this location several times, and my experiences has been ok, today I went through the drive thru due to the rain. I order a three piece meal with double beans, when I got home with my meal I discovered my chicken.was not fresh it was extra hard. Now I understand that businesses are trying not to waste in these difficult times ,but if your food quality is not fresh you should not be charging the customers like it is, because we are supporting you and this keep you working so you can make a living. It tuff for all of us and I feel you should treat there customers like that care with that being said if you wouldn't eat it you shouldn't serve it to your customers, not to mention the lady that took my order came me the wrong amount for my food about after I confirmed it with her then this help your service nad your quality he had a little tude when I broght it to her attention. As I approached the register, I met an employee by the name of Jesus. He was very rude because as I was at the register attempting to make my order, he was busy giving my friend googly eyes. Even after I made my order he continued to ignore me and even had the unmitigated audacity to hand both my card and receipt to my friend even though it was quite apparent that I was the one making the order and providing payment. I make complait and one cashier with very rude atitude aproach the window..just to say tha Was the cook fail.. Make comlait Manager seems Does't care at all..
