This Home depot is the worst one I've been to yet !! Besides all the commotion outside before you get in. I waited for someone to unlock a high price drill bit for 20 minutes. I asked the key guy he said give me one moment. I waited on him for another 15 minutes he look right at me standing next to the piece I needed..then someone else walked up to him then he walked away from the department. I felt invisible. I told security the service here is the worst...he said yeahh?? Then pointed to the manager and said you can make a complaint...I looked over at the manager and he was on his cellphone sitting at the desk laughing and pretty much lagging as well...I said to myself..No Wonder !!! So I just walked out and went to the home Depot on Fairfax and Slauson. Big Difference !!!!!! Plus it was cleaner !!! I go to home depot all the time for things I need a home...that was the last time I will EVER go to the western and...

Security thinks it’s OK to block entrances to lanes even though there’s plenty of parking and spaces for him to move to. Especially considering how busy this plaza is he is simply creating more traffic. With the way, he is slouched down barely being able to see over his steering wheel I’m pretty sure he’s not doing anything other than being on his phone. The purpose of security is to keep the plaza safe, and instead he’s too preoccupied with running the clock than doing his job. When I asked him to move because he is obstructing the way he decided to just flip me off. I have to say ive been coming to this location for over 10 years and its always been a horrible mess. Homeless everywhere, panhandlers, theft , fires, shootings and so much more. The parking is always crowded. Last time i was at food 4 less i witnessed a man putting food down his pants and sweaters. When i had at walgreens there was a man being chased out of the store. Other than that i mean jamaba juice is good but so slow as well as Starbucks they always have huge huge lines that curve around and disrupt the parking traffic. The bbq express is good but be aware there will be panhandlers...
