When it comes to burgers, I am very picky and my standards are very high. Let me just say that Smashin Sams’ smashburgers were hands down THE BEST smash burger I’ve ever had. The buns were buttery and fluffy and the patty was thin and crispy, yet flavorful—absolute perfection. The five of us got to the pop-up around 11 pm and they only had five patties left, which means we only had the singles, but even still they were delicious.
