Would rate the service lower if I could. Had a tall young man with curly black hair take my order. When he went to pour my smoothies I noticed they had extra left over and asked for him to pour it in a small cup on the side. Any smoothie place I ever go to, this is perfectly fine. He looks at me and tries to say "well its really not that much", and I ask him yo pour it anyway. The second smoothie I notice he turns his back to me while he pours, like he hiding something. Then when I ask him again to pour the extra he gets this attitude with me. Pours a little of it out and then pours the rest for himself while I walk out. I PAID for the whole smoothie so give me the whole smoothie.
Even worse, the second smoothie he hid from view was super icey. It had zero flavor and was extra thick. He must of wanted to hide that from me so I wouldn't ask for a remake. Incredibly lazy. Nothing like the first...

I got three different answers when they couldn't figure out why my order was not in the system: 1) it wasn't even made 2) it was made but they tossed it after an hour because I came too "late" (sorry my job held me up from getting it) 3) I never ordered to this location even though I had my receipt showing I paid. After hearing all of these answers, yeah I was frustrated. They acted like remaking it was a courtesy, I paid for the drink?! This is not going the extra mile at all. It didn't help that one of the cashiers was giving me attitude when I pressed for an explanation. If you give confusing answers and don't know what you're saying, how do you expect a customer to respond?
