I used to love going to this Starbucks because it is right near my house, but lately their service has been pretty bad. So this is the second time within two weeks that I had negative experiences with the people who are in charge of giving you the orders once they are completed. The first time happened on June 21, 2021 when they messed up my food and drink order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and frap and when my name was called they pushed the food and drink forward. I was in a hurry so I did not check, but they still should have made sure both names on my orders matched before they did that. I thought maybe this was just a fluke so I let it go and went again today.
I decided to try this location again and the service was just as bad as it was two weeks ago. This time I got my food given to me right away but had an issue with getting my coffee. The person who was behind me got her order before I got mine, and I did not understand why until she pushed the coffee that was sitting there back. Then I heard the girl behind the counter call the person who came after the other customer who got her coffee. I had to go to the counter and check to see if it was mine as the girl behind the counter let it sit there for three minutes because she did not even read the label. She did not even call my name and basically just ignored that my coffee was just sitting there and continued making drinks because it started to get busy. When I asked her for a straw she did not even acknowledge me or apologized for not letting me know that it was my coffee even after I said it was my order.
I do not know if these are new staff members or if they need to go through retraining again, but I will not return to this location again. I mean the staff seem to be more communicative and friendly with each other than they are with their customers. I overheard them talking about what they were having for lunch and what they were doing later, but as soon as I even asked for a straw there was not even a simple acknowledgement. Most of the Starbucks I have gone to have had better customer service so I may just need to go to another location...
Read moreI went in for an Americano but it was super busy with 5 employees behind the counter and like less than 15 ppl waiting. So I decided to get a (regular) large pike with cream. (Simple in and out) however that was not the experience. Whereas I seen at other places: register person just turns around flips tap, pours, done! -for regular coffee. The blonde young girl at the register took the order and carried on. I waited as if im waiting for the Americano/frappe/latte etc. 🤨 Is it because I am hispanic?? They also left the drizzle off my drink, which typically I would let go, but they weren't particularly nice. When I politely asked for it, since I hadn't touched it yet, I got a very unimpressed look, he said yes, did it (begrudgingly) and gave it back before near rudely telling me my other drink was still being made. They gave me half my order, then made my other drink but gave it to other people, that walked in after I had gotten my first drink.
