I have visited this Starbucks in the past, and typically the service is fine and friendly, the layout of the store doesn't allow for a good flow of foot traffic to accommodate their busy times. I ordered ahead through the app and my drink was ready within a few seconds of me entering the store. My food however was not ready and was not prepared until I waited 10+ minutes and then inquired about it. The barista acted as though it was abnormal for them to heat up the grilled cheese, but I've ordered that ahead via the app on several occasions from various other locations and it has always been prepared as the other hot foods are. It as not a major inconvenience as I was not in a rush, but it did somewhat negate the benefits of the order-ahead feature.
My only other complaint is the spikes on the ground at the parking lot exit. Driving over those spikes always gives me anxiety that my car will roll backwards unexpectedly (flashbacks to having a manual transmission) and destroy my tires! I realize this is a silly fear and probably unique to me - but are the spikes...

And if you dare to ask to remake it, you'll have to deal with their attitude, and there's still a chance they won't make it right. I specifically ask for my drink with no foam, and every time, almost half of the cup is foam. If starbucks offers this option they should know how to make it. I used to go there all the time, but now I rarely go there. Stopped by yesterday, and the breakfast sandwich tasted like it was frozen for a year and then microwaved. They made my drink wrong twice. In summer, they have team meetings outside, and they use all the umbrellas. This is on starbuck, honestly, it's their job to provide a place for team meetings. I understand that it's hot and they need a shade, but, as a paying customer, I also don't want to be frying in the sun while having my drink. People smoke there all the time and management does nothing about it. There is one small sign by the door that no one pays...
Read moreThe manager was extremely rude here, I waited for 20 minutes to use the restroom… patiently mind you, and when it was my turn not even 8 minutes into using the restroom she was banging on the door demanding that I get out. She waited a total of 4 minutes before once again bashing the door like she had a battering ram and saying condescending things like “everything okay in there?”. Wow she needs a master class in management. Terrible service and she made zero efforts when she saw me waiting to interrupt. I’m Not sure what was different about me and the first individual who used the restroom…. I have no idea who I was singled out. However I feel very uncomfortable by her actions. I would have gotten her name but this really cute boy started his shift and I felt way too embarrassed to be aggressive with her in front of him lol lucky...
