I came here on a Saturday night, and the experience was just OK.
I had tickets for the 9:30 show on a Saturday night. There was a 7:30 show before me and a 11:30 show after. By 10pm, we still had not gotten all the way into the venue yet, as the 7:30 show got out late. I don't think our show got out until closer to 12:20, so be aware if you do go to a later show.
For the 7:30 show, we got there about half an hour early and were lined up pretty far up in the GA line (I'd say about front 25-35%). They let the VIP line in first, and then the rest of us. Once I got in, I knew that our seating arrangements would be bad. Essentially, all of the VIP ticket holders got the first floor, where the comics were performing, and everyone else went up to the second floor. The issue is, there is a half circle of seats along the balcony, but that's all you're gonna get for seats that actually have a view. There are seats that sit you back further, but there is no visibility to the stage, so I had to watch the TV screen most of the time. Additionally, people who got there earlier were also saving rows of seats so that kind of sucked.
Service was ok. They did push you to get your two drinks fairly frequently. I got a drink, took a while to get, but then within 10 mins she came back asking what I wanted. No issues here for the most part, but when the waitress brought the drinks (at least 8 on a platter), she pretty much just handed the platter in front of us and made us take it off of her. This is pretty difficult to do in the dark and when she has multiple drinks all in on a small platter.
Overall, I had a better experience at the Comedy Store. Seating here is not ideal, so if you do want at least a viewable experience, I'd recommend getting the VIP or getting here super early that you are one of the first 10 in...
Read moreThe Laugh Factory has a cozy atmosphere and the staff are very polite. I had a really great time during my visit, and I encourage anyone to visit this place. However, there are some things that I did not like. For instance, very few people wear masks and the staff do not check vaccination status. This might have been fine if everyone's party was a few feet apart, but everyone is pretty much huddled together during the entire time. Another thing that I disliked was the two drink minimum because I don't usually drink alcoholic beverages or soda, and I know why they have the two drinks minimum rule. The last thing that I was particularly disappointed with was the lack of free/low-cost parking. The valet is $15, which isn't super expensive, but it definitely becomes another expense for the evening. The cost of the visit will easily reach three figures between the tickets, the two drink minimum, and the parking. Fortunately, I found a spot on a street in a local neighborhood. No, I won't tell you where it is.
Overall, I had a good time. I highly recommend that people get vaccinated before their...

We literally had a terrible time. We where told to quite down while we where laughing, our server came up to talk to us and tell us that her manager wanted us to stop talking...which we all very well understood is one of the rules...
But manager comes and repeatedly tells us right after server, we explain that the only talking going on is the conversation they currently have us in. We weren't in any conversations...we where there like everyone else for the same reason.. We felt very targeted...
In addition, the seats on the booths are extremely uncomfortable...small enough to be a children's size booth...
They ruined our experience with them.. I've been to so many comedy clubs including different laugh factory locations and they are not at all like this. I'm not a review person either but this right here Hell no, they absolutely ruined our evening %1000000.
It's unacceptable and I'm going to leave this comment to make sure people know how they can expect to be treated here at...
