If the food wasn't good (which can be a hit or miss at Subway), then I'd rate this 1 star.
If you're going to order more than 1 sub in person, then expect to be there at least 20 minutes. The workers don't work as a team and, in effect, create an inefficient work environment. I know this personally since there were two ladies working, yet only one of them handled our order of 3 subs. She called the other worker for help, but she evidently didn't and went back to work on other matters rather than helping out and making our wait time exponentially longer. If that wasn't bad enough, the card reader malfunctioned or sisnt register the cars and created a huge mixup for no apparent reason. I went again around a week later, thinking it might've been my bad luck, but it didn't seem to be the case. Not only was the wait time around the same for another 3 subs, but I had a coupon with me to save myself some money. Compensating the long wait for saving was worth it, I thought. I thought wrong. When scanning the coupon, the workers said it didn't work and it was redeemed or something which didn't make sense because I had just gotten it from the mail the day before. The lady was confused and didn't know what to do and called the other worker and dragged me, and the other person ordered a whole lot of time. In the end, they said that it must've been the scanner or something that must not work and just gave us a 10% discount. This would've been nice if it weren't for the coupon saving me around 50% of the meal if it had actually worked.
Overall, these two experiences have been mentally draining for me. For those wanting Subway, either online order or go to another location. This is NOT a good location, and I've...
Read moreAgree with a previous review; I've also seen the older gentleman working his butt off while other employees stand around chatting. That man should get a raise; he's extremely courteous and friendly.
Now however, I was made to feel like a total inconvenience. I will not be specific as to who because maybe I was just having an off day? (I've been sick and haven't really been able to eat for 3 days.) But the other customer I was with also felt weirdly rushed. No special requests were made by us, but as we went through the veggies, we were repeatedly asked "anything else?" in a low, annoyed tone. I mean, that was the ONLY wording used toward us. (No clue what we did to offend the employee and have never gotten attitude like that before.)
We both ended up leaving without half the veggies we normally get and a weirdly stingy amount of condiments (because we aren't the type to be pushy or demanding.) We both added things from the fridge at home.... Weird experience; not at all what we're used to at this location. Now it's bugging me because it was super disappointing after not being able to eat for days....
Again, give the older gentleman a serious raise. Maybe give him a bonus to train others? He is amazing and is carrying this location when it comes to customer service. 2 stars if...
Read moreSo bad on so many levels. 2 bad experiences at this location in a row. First time the bread was very stale, a complete waste, I didn't even finish the sandwich just threw it away. I gave them another chance a few weeks later. Both times, The person helping me did not know a word of english. That's a big problem in a business like subway where you have to give instructions on how you want your sandwich made.... On top of that, the tuna tasted weird and had a abnormal texture, I have had tuna at many other subways and its usually fine, this one though, it was weird. Also, I ordered a brocolli soup and she mumbled some words(no english) then went to the back for several minutes, comes back out with my soup.... I open it up its not even hot, barely luke warm and has a weird runny texture, very suspicious. Every subway has hot soup in the front where you can see it, she brings it out from the back and its very bad quality.... Never ever going back. Bad quality and terrible service...
