As consumers, we have thousands of choices when we decide to go out to eat, so when we walk into your facility or a business of service the proprietor should be honored that we walked in to purchase! It seems nowadays especially places like this where you're required to have personal contact with the employee that you get a feeling like you're imposing on them that's how they make you feel, I just got done purchasing a 1 ft long combo that comes with a refillable drink, unfortunately I didn't have time to stay so I had a small exact same size as my cup coffee holder so I filled it up and my drink and an employee, very heavy set nasty attitude Hispanic lady behind the counter, in front of everybody in the place goes hey you can't do that real loud, repeated it twice,, I said yes I can I'm allowed one refill minimum, she turned to her manager and the manager told her to leave it alone, this employee literally tried to start a scene over nothing inside of a restaurant full of people. Also my chips Doritos Cool ranch the bag was all busted up, you don't get to choose your chips no more they ask you what you want. We are now paying top dollar and they are being paid top dollar for fast food...

Look, I'm not here to hate on eating fresh. I eat so fresh that I don't even dine at Subway very often. But on this occasion, I had a $5.99 coupon for a footlong. ANY footlong. The coupon had it in all caps. Any footlong!
So I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and the little buckaroo at the counter starts making it. Slaps on some chicken, some cheese, whatever vegetables I decided on, and then I ask: isn't it supposed to come with bacon? And he goes uhhhhhh? That's a little extra money. So I say it's part of the sandwich, so it shouldn't be. He nods and makes the bacon.
At the register, he gets confused immediately and summons his slightly older coworker. She punches in numbers and then takes my coupon. Comes to $8-something. I ask why. She said bacon costs extra. I don't understand how bacon was $2 but I calmly told her that didn't make sense and that the chicken and bacon ranch fell under the umbrella of ANY SANDWICH, but she wasn't having it.
I'm not coming back here. I like the location west of La Brea on Wilshire...
Read moreI originally did not plan on going to Subway. I had gone to the grocery store to get one of their deli sandwiches, but they did not have a sandwich making station, so I left. I went back to my car and I googled sandwich shop and it brought me to Subway. Subway is not my favorite sandwich shop however, I believe my mind has been persuaded. I walked in and the place was clean. I was greeted immediately by a friendly worker. He gave me my time to look over the menu and did not rush me. I had a build your own roast beef sandwich. He built it exactly the way I asked. I got a large soda and chips also with a combo meal. I went to eat it and when I opened up the package I was amazed of how big my sandwich is and how delicious it tastes. Subway has really stepped up their game and the quality is much better than from when I remember it . Good job Subway!!! I will...
