I went thru drive thru around 11:00 pm & specifically asked who was on the mic ( what the burrito supreme had in it ( my boyfriend is allergic to onion ) She tells me what it has in it (does not say it has onion in it.) I order it and get home and luckily I took A bite in it before my boyfriend does and find it has onion in it, I’m so furious cause they could have killed him!!!!!I google the store location and call because they did not give me a receipt. And the manager ( who happens to be Sabrina ) answers very rude saying how busy they are at the store and continues to argue with me when I explain she told me it didn’t have onion in it and the burrito had onion in it and she tells me she was the person on the mic and tells me she did tell me, seeming to have no remorse and an attitude like if it was my fault . If she would have told me from the beginning it comes with onion I would have said “ no onion “ and when I Ask for the manager she tells me I am the manager and I asked for her name she gave me even more attitude , when I ask for the corporates number she said she didn’t have time to look for it for me to google it, not once did I hear an apology , or her offer to refund or replace my meal . Very rude employees you have working here. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell ever. Horrible service. Read moreI don’t normally post reviews but this place messed up my order a lot. I went through the drive through which was good, it was fast and I had no problem ordering, it’s what I received that they messed up on. I ordered 3 regular Doritos locos tacos with a Baja blast and nacho fries. I got a crunchy supreme taco, 3 Doritos locos tacos, and a few soft tacos. I honestly only really eat Taco Bell for the nacho fries so not getting what I payed for was a huge bummer. I admit I should’ve checked the bag in the drive thru before going home but with such a simple order I didn’t see how they could mess up. Yes I got more food than I ordered but the soft tacos at Taco Bell aren’t my style so they ended up going to waste and I can’t eat sour cream which means in the end I ended up losing money. Nonetheless I tried to eat at least some of the tacos I ordered and those were the saltiest Doritos locos tacos I’ve ever had. It was to the point of it being inedible. Read moreMy family and I went through the drive through this morning & from the beginning had the worst vibes coming off from the lady attending the intercom. We asked her to give us a moment to make our choice & she impatiently tried rushing us with in a couple minutes. Mind you there was no line. After that, we had to wait 10 min for our food, only to have our food mixed up in the wrong wrappers & tasteless. No cheese, skimped portions. We went back to inform them, & have our food changed after they realized their mistake. We waited another 15 min for the food to come back the same, no cheese, basically tortilla & egg on a supposed sausage burrito. Whoever is managing needs to enforce quality control over the rest of the team. Not only did this make us late to our appointment, but couldn’t even eat the breakfast as it was all still very poorly made, We’ve never had our experience at any Taco Bell be this sad.
