I wish I could give this company and mark no Stars at all this company is a fraud and so is mark I purchase a 3 piece set which came damaged by the Shiper company the loveseat was not box correctly by G furniture to start with I was ask by mark to send back the damage loveseat as I did and once he received I would receive a replacement which I didn't he keep the loveseat and never returned the loveseat or the $400 for the loveseat I have text and call and no return or text message return I don't recommend no one to purchase from this company off Amazon or directly from this account at all Mark from G furniture didn’t have the 3 piece at the la location so it was ship from Texas which came to me damaged once o received it from Texas both G furniture in Los Angeles and in Texas need to either ship my loveseat or refund...

I would like to say best customer service n dedications from Justin Choi. I ended up w the best quality bed, great design. Can't ask for much more. We are all always hesitant to spend kind of lot of money on bed, n not knowing how bed comes out, especially on custom order. Justin not only spent extra amount of time to make sure what I like, how I want, and gave me great advices to make sure bed looks the best. We ordered our first sofa from Justin when we got married over 8 years ago and it served us really well. We have ordered 2 upholstered bed frames since that we still use. This year, we finally moved into our dream home and knew we wanted to order from G Furniture again. Justin's prices are reasonable and we like firm sofas that will keep their shape and form over time. Well Justin delivered.
