Terrible experience today, I have often gotten a decent haircut here, however, as they always say, it depends on the barber you get. Well, I can say that the barber failed at paying attention to what I wanted, I came with a long hair looking to fix it and just keep it long, mostly cutting the sides. I even showed him a picture of how I wanted it. I got out of there with a very short haircut, and unsatisfied. I couldn't say anything because he started with the sides and all of a sudden I see is that he cuts exactly what I wanted to keep long and there I knew that the haircut was already messed up. I try to give him a second chance while he was cutting, it was already very short but I said, it is not finalized yet. as he was going he was cutting more and more. This comment is about trying to improve and a rabbit. It's good that they have barbers who want to learn, but in my opinion you have to tell the client or charge whatever amount you like. I went to get my hair cut and a lot of people looked like I didn't know what that was like. Definitely changed a lot since 2 years ago. Due to covid I feel like they reduced the amount of barbers in the shop but I like the layout way more than when they used to have more barbers there. According to the barber I had, his name is Nestor, they have another shop in Westmoreland, which is probably where the original barbers from this location moved to. Anyway, regarding the barber that cut my hair, definitely one of the best barbers I've had in a long time. He has great attention to details, friendly, maybe friendlier than the other barbers I've had here 2 years ago, makes conversation and takes his time and really does a good job.
