Strongly Condemn Unprofessional Conduct and Privileged Behavior by an Employee at a Chick-fil-A Branch: An Outrageous Dining Experience
As a long-time patron of Chick-fil-A, I have always held a high level of trust in the chainās service quality and food safety standards. However, a recent experience at one of your locations completely shattered this perceptionāthe entitled attitude, lack of professionalism, and disregard for both customers and colleagues displayed by certain employees were utterly unacceptable!
Health Hazard: Privileged Attire and Contamination Risks In the food distribution area, an employee wearing a uniform distinctly different from others was idly pacing around and repeatedly approaching food handling zones. This blatant disregard for basic food safety protocols not only exposes management failures but also directly jeopardizes customer health! Does Chick-fil-Aās training not emphasize "Food Zone Sanitation Guidelines"? Or does this employee believe they are privileged enough to ignore the rules? Negligent Service: Treating Customers as Invisible While I stood at the counter waiting for service, this employee passed by six times without acknowledging my presence. Other staff were busy taking orders and preparing meals, yet this individual merely strolled around, interrupted coworkers, and even barked orders at them. Their condescending attitude made it seem as though customers and colleagues existed solely to bolster their "authority." The much-touted "service-first" philosophy of Chick-fil-A was nowhere to be found in this personās behavior! Workplace Bullying: Discrimination and Oppression Toward Colleagues Even more appalling was this employeeās visibly discriminatory attitude toward other staff: arbitrarily disrupting their workflow, issuing commands in a dictatorial tone, and aggressively questioning customers who raised concerns. Such bullying behavior not only undermines team cohesion but also reflects serious flaws in your storeās personnel management and corporate culture! Double Standards: Why Is This Employee "Exceptional"? While other employees at the same location remained consistently friendly and efficient, why was this individual allowed to abuse their minor authority so freely? I question whether there are loopholes in the hiring and training processesāhow did this person pass the interview? Were they shielded due to connections or background? Chick-fil-Aās proclaimed values of "fairness and respect" now seem profoundly ironic.
Call to Action: Demand for Serious Measures! We urge Chick-fil-A management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident:
Review surveillance footage to verify the employeeās misconduct in food zones and neglect of customers; Conduct internal interviews to gather feedback from other employees about this individualās behavior; Provide a public response to customers outlining steps to prevent such incidents from recurring.
A companyās reputation depends not only on its products but also on the professionalism of every employee. Allowing such individuals to tarnish the brand image will ultimately cost customer trust...

The meal was about $10 and change (it cost cents for soda so Iām think the food part is a higher cost item)
Went thru the drive thru on a Friday night so it was pretty busy....
The young ladies take the orders were awesome in helping with the menu and āitās my pleasure ā comment definitely stuck out since all the employees were saying it .
The wait to order was about 10mins then the wait to get the food was another 10 even though I was told it was ready. Lol the. When I was given the food while I was still in the drive thru line to exit was another 10 mins because the person in front of me had an incomplete order......30 min wait for fast food not that fast lol???!?
I then parked since we were all to hungry to get home so now we opening the bags and both orders of fries are luke warm.....
At this point Iām just trying to eat so we donāt bother to ask for fresh fries and to be honest the food was that great .... just tasted like a fancy KFC the sandwich left me wanting more and Iāll never get fries from there again lol
The place looked over staffed as we watched from the parking lot
4 on drive thru order taking 3 expediters for drive thru 3 handling drive thru 3 walking the dining room 2 managers trying to ātouch tablesā 2cashiers up front .... 2-4cooks
I dunno the customer service was goood but the food fell flat sad to say and the price wasnāt justified especially when you have Daveās hot chicken , Gusās and a lot more restaurants that provide great service and amazing tasting food.....
Wasnāt really impressed and still donāt understand the hype when folks from Texas tell me itās the best...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo Iām sharing this experience because the end result, I did not get my food in three crewmembers argue with me in the window and make me late for work. I think the Sunjoy drinks are over priced especially for the two sizes they offer and they only give you a small or extra small with a cup full of ice, so I ordered a lemonade and ask for a splash of the peach flavor on top of my lemonade, which has been done before otherwise I would not have asked for it. The person who took my order Jeremiah I was very clear with him, and he said OK well I got to the window.Alexis proceeded to tell me that they cannot do that and was prepared to hand me a small Sunjoy I told her thatās not what I ordered and explain to her the same thing I tell Jeremiah and she proceeded to argue with me and by this time, I already asked for a refund I told them to keep all the food and just give me a refund only for her to go get Bradley and Juan who proceeded to tell me the same thing over after I have already asked for a refund and resulted in me being late for work. This was the worst experience ever especially with Chick-fil-A being so accommodating. This was the one time they let the ball drop it so frustrating because this is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A but I I can do...
