Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

On any normal day, I would rate this store 1 star because the franchise pricing model that this store has is just disgustingly absurd.

$13 for a cravings box that is $6 at corporate stores? The pricing here is just greedy and stupid.

But I gave it 3 stars because the employees are fantastic. Liz is an absolute godsend and is the best example of what attitude an employee should have and she should absolutely be rewarded. I haven’t learned any other names, but most other people I’ve interacted with at this store have been so friendly and pleasant.

It’s just the disgusting pricing model this store has that will stop be from coming back once my nacho fry pass ends. I’ll continue going to Fallbrook instead where their prices are still low and it’s an extra 3 minutes...

Overall, I do not like this franchise location. The prices are outrageously gouged and I will never pay $13 for a cravings box. Ever. It’s a ridiculous greedy business tactic and I can go down the street to another location where prices are better. I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for a cheap bite to eat. They also do not help or satisfy customers in the event that something happens with their order. Do not go.

So I did drive up tonight and wanted to make sure my order was vegetarian. The woman on the other side was kind & super patient with me (no one was behind me to get mad at my slowness ordering). I got 2 supreme burritos with black beans, 2 crunch wraps with black beans and nacho bell grande with no meat (and she asked if I wanted extra beans because I was going meatless. 🙂 I had to wait about a minute to get my order after I paid, and they apologized TWICE for the delay.
