First time visiting was on October 28, 2023. I entered around 11am, no line was present, other than two people ordering. I was met with a small but vast shop containing several neat items and gifts such as birthday cards, and cards for any special occasion. I grabbed a couple cards just Incase, my favorite one was the animals holding a birthday balloon. Other cool items such as pens, notebooks, and such are available. The coffee menu is not large, therefore it’s great and to the point. My friends and I ordered the drip coffee, matcha, and pour over. The pour over was just right, not burnt therefore bringing out the notes of fruits. The drip coffee and matcha latte were good as well. If you are reading this far, I recommend grabbing a drink then roam around Chinatown, it’s relaxing during the morning. This coffee shop presents both a craft and coffee shop, so while you wait for your order you can look around to see what neat stuff the shop has to offer. I would recommend this place for anyone who is near the area. Cool cat stamped coffee cups too, just be careful because they do bleed if...
Read moreTwo stars for a cute little shop and drinks. However, it was not quite good for the service I received. Me and my sister were excited to visit this shop. We waited outside for a while cause the shop only fitted five guests at a time.
Once we entered the shop, there was a guy taking our orders. He asked if we wanted to get anything else after taking two drink orders. My sister asked if she could do light ice for her drink. He didn't respond but tapping the POS tablet like he had to go back and revise the order.
After that, he asked if we wanted to join the reward program which you get a point on a card for each order. I tried to explain that I already had a rewards card that I left at home and see if I could combine the points from these two cards. In the halfway I was explaining it, he impatiently took a card, marked two points down, and then handed it to me like I am done with you. It was a degrading moment that I was not sure I would ever purchase a drink at Thank You...
Read moreOne of trickiest spots in town for parking and traffic typically wasn't a friend. This super cute coffee shop was right next to an amazingly hooking stationary shop as well as a dainty cake shop, giving me the feeling like hitting 3 at once; BIG WIN!
As the place was kinda tiny, the line could easily overflow to the storefront as they only allowed few people to be inside at same time. It moved very quickly though as the baristas were super frisky.
It's smart that they're capturing the nearby iconic Dodger Stadium into their special menu. Yep, literally blue-colored as it featured butterfly pea flower mixed with honey and house-made syrup. It's said to contain Pandan leaves though I couldn't really smell the fragrance. You could add espresso or matcha shot to the blue milk, for which I opted for the prior.
It's pretty enjoyable if you fancied fun sweet iced coffee. Will I come back? Prolly yes when I'm around the area, but maybe not making it all the way...
