La Pascana — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is not a sit down restaurant. It’s more a to go place. The restaurant is a room that is tiny. Probably 9 feet by 9 feet. And there were people ordering to go. They have two tiny tables shoved against two walls and like 5 chairs total in the whole restaurant. The ceviche was excellent. The lomo saltado was just ok. It wasn’t bad. But it missed a lot of the sauciness of typical lomo saltado. No kiko siyao and no vinegar flavor. Overall, it’s a great grub hub or to go option. But not a place to hang out in. We would order the ceviche again. It was perfect....

To be honest one start is too much! Cooking peruvian can go 2 ways only, really good or disgusting. This time was horrible... i ordered lomo saltado and meat was overcooked, didnt felt the smoky flavor at all, not seasoned enough, the rice salty and overcooked. If u r gonna sell peruvian u have to be up to the standards... last but not least stale alfajores. Waste of my money and sad to see how they disgrace...

Great mom & pop shop that is small in size but big on flavor, this unassuming spot serves up some of the freshest and delicious Peruvian food in Downtown LA. Had the Lomo Saltado and it was a knockout, freshly cut fries and vegetables. Don't judge a book by its cover; this is a must-visit for authentic Peruvian cuisine. Thank you...
