The Office Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The worst thing about my visit to this establishment was the horrible drinks. They charge $9 for a simple cocktail using well alcohol and its more mixers than the alcohol and $5!! for a soda. I ordered drinks for my self and our group and I watched the bartender (whom will remain nameless, no name tags) older Hispanic lady prepare our drinks and she filled the glasses with soda, juice etc.... and then lightly DRIZZLE the alcohol on top. I thought that perhaps I had missed something and so I kept quiet. I paid the $45 tab and tried my drink and immediately new that I in fact had not missed anything, there was literally no alcohol in the drink. My guests also noticed and I returned to the bar and asked the lady to put more alcohol in the drinks which she did and charged me and additional $45. I explained to her that each drink usually has one ounce of alcohol not a drizzle. The bartender ignored me and demanded payment to which I politely refused. Long story short it ruined our night we didnt even bother ordering food or anything else for that matter. Although the younger female bartenders seemed to do a better job of making drinks and practiced better customer service I would not return to this establishment and my guests also agreed....

I grew up close to here and am still here so let me tell you how this place still stands as Lincoln Heights best bar. You have all sorts of people that come out of the woodwork to have a beer here. This place has stood the test of time. It's only been a few years they've served food here and I've been happy with everything on the menu and I'm sure you all can appreciate it the value for the cost. The overall cost is average to most other places. They could use a way better selection of drafts as most of their whole beer selection can be found at your local 7-11. All the bartenders are friendly and cool, are really new so you know they are well competent of their job. They have occasional nights of fun karaoke, dj's and rarely have live music. It's good place to watch Dodger games. Restrooms are very clean compared to most local dive bars. This place deserves it's spot in the community as some of the other bars aren't doing much to want to attract business. Parking is plenty if you go to the...

This place was a straight-up disaster. First, their messed-up computer system double charged me and wasted my time, my money, and my mood. While I was waiting, they treated my phone like it was nothing, and instead of focusing on customers, the two bartenders got into a loud argument with each other, leaving me completely ignored while everyone else watched.

Then the disrespect kept going someone went around to every single table asking if they wanted more drinks, but skipped mine like I didn’t even exist. As mixed Latina, that felt like racial unfair treatment, and it hit me hard. I came here for the band show as a musician, but the way i was treated made me leave early.
