HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only was I left on hold for over 15 minutes while trying to place an order for delivery. But, the woman was rude and unapologetic about the wait time and about forgetting I was on the phone. Then tells me I can no longer order any breakfast because it was 11:02 am and they stop taking breakfast orders at 11 am. Not taking in to account that my first attempt at placing my order was at 10:25 am and she rudely left me on hold, and forgot about me. Worse part was when she still felt the need to tell me "oh well, it's 2 minutes late now so no breakfast for you" never have I encountered such rudeness and unprofessional behaivor. Love this place!!!!!! The prices are great the food is the best never disappoints. The food is very flavorful and it has the same consistency every time you go because it's the same Chef every time. This is one of the few places where you could get an actual grilled chicken burger with actual chicken not a frozen patty. Gave this place 2 stars because of their charging practices. Overall, the food is pretty good -- the fries are some of the best around actually! The thing that makes me lower my rating and honestly question whether I'll ever even return is the fact that they charge a stupid "convenience fee" whenever you pay with a credit/debit card. I know some businesses do that but it was almost 2 bucks here! That's f'n crazy. Their prices aren't that great to begin with and tacking on a bogus fee on top of that is just plain dirty and...
