Tous Les Jours Bakery — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm not sure if they are sticking around but i didn't get the impression they were. They didn't have any pastries that weren't bagged except for a couple of donut styles which I decided to purchase. They didn't taste fresh and they weren't very good. The espresso machine didn't work and they only had brewed coffee which was made by the bakery clerk by putting the cup underneath the drip where the coffee pot goes. My cup had coffee grounds stuck to the bottom of it! Quite unprofessional. The place looked disheveled and very understocked. I remember coming here a couple of years ago and it was immaculate and well stocked and had an array of coffee drinks. It seems sad they let it go like this. Maybe I came at a bad time...

I stopped by on a Sunday to pick up a bunch of pastries for a get together. I asked the young employee behind the counter if they had boxes because I wanted a bunch of treats. She showed me a plain, cheap cardboard box and that’s not what I had in mind so I asked if I can have one of the boxes for their cakes. She proceeded to get ghetto on me and give me major attitude that I shouldn't question her. Dear owner this is how you lose a one hundred dollar...

First time trying this place after seeing people post how good it is on social media. I got the cookie croissant, salt and butter roll, and a cream bread. All of them were disgustingly disappointing!!!

It’s like an imitation of 85 bakery but worse. The cookie croissant was burnt and HARD and unrecognizable as to what I saw on social media. The salt and butter roll WAS PLAIN JANE no flavor. Cream roll was just okay. HARD PASS on this place. I’ll stick...
