Probably my worst experience at a fast food establishment in my life.
I rolled up into the drive through line at precisely 1:50 AM, after going to a concert an dancing up quite the appetite.
I had the strongest craving for a vanilla frosty. Vanilla has been favorite flavor since I was a newborn, chocolate is disgusting.
My friends and order a myriad selection from the menu, I was told there was no vanilla and only chocolate...I guess I can deal with that I said to myself.
While waiting for our food, the neighborhood homeless man was casually standing right next to our car. The employees had little care about the situation at hand.
We drove home, vanilla frosty not in hand. Upon arrival at my apartment we discovered that there were no straws provided for our frosty. Am I supposed to drink from the cup like an animal?
Now you may be wondering why this is a 1 star experience - the last of my struggles have not been described yet. As I am getting ready to go to bed, I check my wallet and notice my credit card is missing. I then realize it was never given back to me at the drive through window.
I drive back at 2:30 AM, to get my credit card. The employee gives it back with no apology for the disaster that has occurred. He also does not have my receipt so I have no idea how much to charge my friends and I for the individual food we ate.
My night is ruined, I will never return to Wendy's...
Read moreDear Sirs, I am writing this to inform you of an unpleasant surprise that I had in the Culver City restaurant, the matter that the parking lot of the place was closed due to the painting repairs that were being carried out, and there was no sign about the service of the restaurant already that I wanted to go in because there were people inside, but the door was closed without any sign stating that the restaurant service was temporarily out of order, or anything like that, then the supervisor called Reina came out and asked her about the service and told me She said that there was not, I asked her where is a notice of that and she rudely replied that at that moment she was going to do it, indicating what was really asked, a lack of respect for the client that by the way makes Wendys look bad with this kind of " supervisors" who do not anticipate the situations that are happening, I really felt bad since the aforementioned person is rude and disrespectful that I do not I think I have that kind of job.....sorry for this complaint, please talk to Reina, and send her to take a human relations course for the benefit of Wendys and her own life, anyway I'm not willing to have another situation, just to let you know how I felt treated since I have been a regular customer for many years, and this is a shame, for considerations it is not necessary that you...
Read moreUnfortunately, this is by far the very worst fast food restaraunt I have ever had the misfortune of visiting & I will refrain from future patronage. We were subjected to an inordinate wait time of at least 30 mins in this drive thru only to have our order nothing like we ordered. It is noteworthy to mention we only ordered 2 of the promotional $5 Biggie Bags that purportedly included a complimentary small frosty. The individual who took our order confirmed the promo offer. When we got to the pay window, the order was not only wrong, but also overcharged. When we brought the discrepancy to their attention, it took 3 staff members to rectify the issue! They continued to go round & round about not giving you a complimentary frosty & then finally said "Oh yeah we don't do that." Keeping in mind the promo offer has been running in a tv advertisement & in the fast food wars news cycle for many weeks. Also, sadly the staff do not want to be there & quite frankly do not want to serve customers at all, but earn $20 per hour. We were never argumentative, we were far more patient than was necessary & as we were leaving we were given an attitude of "So what if you never come back". As well, the food was honestly awful.
