Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I tried to order a BLTCC. They staff told me it came with cucumber. I informed him it's made with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cremate cheese only. I ordered this sandwich quite a few times. I noticed he had already added the cream cheese and raw beacon for toasting the bagel. I asked if he could toast the bagel and cook the beacon before adding cream cheese with the raw meat on top. He was rude and said "that's how I do it." I kindly ask if he could make it they way I asked. I thought to myself no one toast a bagel with the cream cheese added 1st, and definitely not with raw meat. He took off his gloves, threw the food in the trash and told me to go somewhere else. I was not rude at all. The guy appeared to be agitated when I walked in. I asked him what was the problem and could he please fix my sandwich because I was pressed for time on my lunch break. It was around 3 am and no one else was in the store and he was working alone. He then called me a racist slur when I told him he was very disrespectful, and unprofessional. I called the corporate office. I hope action is taken. I'm sure the company does not approve of this behavior and don't want to be represented in this way. I don't care if he had a bad day. At 5:39 pm 5/5/22 There's still a sign on the door saying you need to wear a mask. A short middle eastern woman with no customer service skills, very dry and unfriendly came out to reluctantly assist me. After paying, I asked a legitimate question about whether or not she used the same gloves that she was wearing to handle cash to touch my donuts, since I didn't see her put on clean gloves. She pointed to a bag hanging on the wall and asked me " what is that"? I said I don't know, what is it? She said they are gloves. She also said that she was tired of people asking her the same question all the time. I said it is a valid question. She walked away towards the back. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. She said "I don't need to tell you. You have a receipt". I won't be back. There were many donuts avaliable. Apparently businesses must not be too good, I wonder what happens with all those...

Donuts were fresh. Customer service is lacking. Came here twice first time dude didn't even know I was there and was speaking inappropriately to another customer. Then he asked if I was working and if I had a boyfriend. I ordered caramel iced coffee and he said I have this one I was like okay because I wanted to leave. It had no ice and tasted like straight milk. I decided not to come here again. By accident I ended up coming here again tonight. I thought it was a different store until I pulled up. Guy looked like he didn't even want to serve. I asked for a turkey xtreme melt and he said we don't have it. He kept explaining a basic turkey sandwich to me and I'm like nah the xtreme melt and he said they don't do it even though it's clearly on the menu and I see the toaster right there. So I just got a half dozen and left....
