Yoshinoya Manchester & Bellanca — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My experience was horrible !!! Naturally they'll have you pay for your food before you receive it. After I payed they neglected to tell me I'll wait for an hour. With that being said I waited for almost an hour, needless to say I never got my food. The guy who took my order was a heavy set black guy. He told me that my food would be ready soon. So I sat and waited, while I waited people came in after me and ordered. They got their food before me. The only thing I ordered was 1 bowl of food. My order was relatively small. And on more then one occasion people ordered food after me sat down and ate their food and left. All while I waited on my small order. After waiting and hour, I asked for a refund. I told the employees that they could keep the food for themselves, and that I'll go somewhere else. But they insisted on giving me a refund. After insisting on refunding me. They never refunded me !! So I payed for food I never got to eat. Terrible management !!! Terrible experience, and Terrible employees !! If you're in shape and have a nice look, they'll take advantage of you. Today at about 7:20pm, came in trying to order my dinner and as I was on line to order, the person infront of me was taking too long ordering and I needed to use the restroom so bad, as the cashier was waiting for the person to order her food, I asked the male cashier to let me know use the restroom. He denied me the use of the restroom by saying that, he didn’t have any tokens to open the restroom door. Since I needed to use the restroom so bad I went outside to find a way to pee somewhere, I then came back to order my food and as I was ordering my food , the person behind me on line requested to use the restroom and the male cashier told him “ok, let me open it for” So, as I was waiting for my the male cashier opened the restroom for the person right there in my face. This is about the menu, not specifically this location. I know yoshinoya struggled for years to attract more customers and they changed and tweeked their menu. I must say, they are many fail than success. The grill beef was very dry and overly sweet. The boneless chicken wings (it was breaded nugget) was a sad departure from their savory chicken wings, flat section only. Orange chicken is a great addition but tilapia was a head scratcher. Donut dipper was two elements that don't work together, the caramel sauce tasted like some ice cream topping from a jar, a chocolate sauce would be a better match.
