Horrible experience! At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Saturday 10/24/20, staff member yelled at my autistic son & myself as we tried to figure out the cans and line. He expressed impatience and was verbally abusive, would not acknowledge my son, forced another person to go ahead of us, and lifted up one of the containers being weighed, potentially leading to an inaccurate measurement and money owed to my son. Normally my experience at this recycling center is very good however do not go on a Wednesday between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. when they're about to change the big recycling bin. I was in line for about 45 minutes while they stuffed and filled one recycling bin to be taken away and was waiting for them to bring a new one in as the lion backed up. This place is an absolute rip off. The guy gave us $38 bucks for six containers. We usually get around $70 at this location. The guy calculating didn’t seem to know what to do and didn’t give a receipt. I honestly think he keep some for himself. I will never go...
