This was my husband and I’s 1st time eating at this fast food franchise. My biggest complaint was the meat quality and quantity on the steak bowl. The meat was tough to chew and I had to spit out most of it. At one point, my teeth clenched on a piece of bone which hurt my tooth. The cashier was out of it. Over charged us a drink and forgot our dipping sauces, Plasticware and napkins. This food was far from fast... about 15 mins. Not to mention, the cheap hard and noisy chairs! Loved the friendly service, quick & tasty meal, and of course, the cleanliness at this location. Too bad there's no drive-thru, but it was a convenient stop off the 5 freeway. Look forward to next time, though I doubt I'll be rolling in a Maserati again. 😏 If you like this review, I'll post the Maserati...
