Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I was the first person in there and the last to leave. On top of that they made me feel like I was trying to steal and asked me for my receipts many times before handing over me 2 orders. The bowl was horrible all ingredients were already spoiled. The "energizer" had way too much ginger. The entire thing made me sick and they do not accept the coupons they issue. Overall the worst customer service experience I've had... not worth it for the price considering the quality of the product. They employees look lost and do not know how to make he...

My acai bowl did not look like the pics. It was watered down because they blend it with apple juice, whereas at Nektar and Jamba Juice its just pure acai. I was not impressed especially for how much I paid. Also the chopped banana had been sitting so by the time it made it in my bowl it was also mushy. The strawberries we're full of syrup and we're also not fresh. At other places like Nectar, they don't cut the fruit until you place your order. I will not be ordering this...

Excellent service and wonderful attitudes, followed by some great smoothies.

The employees saw I was in a wheelchair and opened the door for me because they saw I wanted to come in. Hopefully the manager rewards them for that 👍

Would gladly stop by again to try something else on the menu, I picked up the lava one along with the mango...
