My husband and I are huge fans of many years. We went here for Valentine’s Day for the but one get one free deal and the person goes to ring us up and doesn’t apply the discount. When we ask she goes “it’s only for single scoops”. We both got double scoops in cones. Why wouldn’t you just apply the discount…we are paying you more than if we just got single scoops in cups. Then the charge goes through as we’re asking about it and another guy back there tells her to remove a single scoop. After the charge goes they both look at us like “ugh it’s too much a hassle” but don’t say anything. It’s the dumbest thing, why wouldn’t you just auto apply the discount to keep a customer and then to not offer a refund. This place has continued to disappoint and we’ve been going since 2019 and order door dash pints all the time. Time to look for a new ice...

Mikey goes above and beyond to curate an exceptional experience, offering a plethora of delightful combinations. Thanks to his suggestions, I discovered a new favorite treat that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. Even my friends visiting from out of town were impressed by his service, vowing to return every time they visit. Mikey's presence at this establishment is undeniably valuable, and I can't help but wish there were more like him. Visited with family and had a wonderful experience! Mikey, the staff member, was kind, funny, helpful, and patient in handling our indecision over choosing ice cream flavors. He offered us some great recommendations and explanations of all the unique flavors (double fold vanilla has double the amount of vanilla bean!). We ended up choosing the flight four-scoop option with the gruyere and tomato custard, wild-foraged berries, strawberry balsamic, and coffee & love nuts ice cream. The gruyere and tomato custard was a standout, a perfect balance where you could taste the savoury ingredients while also getting the creaminess and sweetness you'd usually expect from ice cream.
