T-Bird's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Gatos

Positive: Staff was friendly, nice atmosphere and looks like they probably have some good beer (I didn't have one BC I was driving uber. Negative: 1) pricey compared to pieology; 2) While i like fresh ingredients (i had the T-Bird pizza) i was not used to (and do not like) pizza with cold uncooked toppings (tomatoes & onions); 3) the place was also under some construction/remodel and i was surprised to be told the restroom was not available...really?? No restroom for a paying customer? The staff clearly has to relieve themselves somewhere. I had to leave without finishing because nature simply called. Maybe I just came at the wrong time, or I'm not hip to what the locals here like, but I wasn't impressed after my experience. To be fair, and since it was my first time, I'd still want to try it again and have a beer when I'm finished driving...

I like to support local places, but the wings I was served were the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in a restaurant. They were watery, soggy, lukewarm, had barely any meat, and were absurdly bland. I was genuinely offended that they considered it acceptable to serve wings like that. Just remove them from the menu.

The rest of the restaurant is fine. The quality of the food is comparable to Round Table or Pizza My Heart. The pizza and garlic bread have a very distinct style, so your opinion might vary depending on your personal food preferences. The staff seemed a little distant, but it wasn’t anything worth complaining about. The customer-facing areas of the restaurant were clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I don’t think folks realize what a gem of a place they have here! We were over the moon to learn Vijai had taken over a new restaurant after he closed his place up in Sunnyvale. Not only is there good pizza (the butter chicken pizza was AMAZING); he also surprised us with whipping up some of our old fave dishes that were hiding in the back palak paneer, fresh naan…. An absolute treat. You can come for the pizza but don’t forget to ask for secret menu Indian food items as well.
