Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Lunas

As I was waiting for my pizza to be done I saw employee walk outside wearing gloves. She went in and out twice gave what appeared to be her family members food. I paid close attention because again she was wearing gloves. She used the handle to open the door the same handle everyone else grabs. I went inside to make sure that she switched her gloves before she handled my food or any ones food for that matter. Not only did she not changed her gloves she put her hand on the Yeast and kept scratching her head She then handled my pizza and I clearly saw her push my garlic bread with her hand. When she gave me my food I told her what I had witness and it was very unsanitary. Her response with an attitude was "I didn't touch your food !" Well you didn't changed your gloves either. She asked if I wanted my order redone but honestly why would I want it redone after what I saw. If this is what they do in front of you imagine what they do behind your back. I told her just change your gloves next time. That's why people get sick. She again gave me attitude. According to her she is the manager at this location. I asked for a corporate number and she refused to provide me with the number. She said I could find it online. Very unsanitary!!! As a manager you...

It is so much sadness I post this review. We are normally big Domino’s fans but we just have had very bad luck now 3x at the one by Walmart in Los Lunas, NM on Main Street.

My mother in law lives in Los lunas and when we visit we like to treat them with pizza. One time after 30 minutes we were told to wait for our order for pick up we went to pick up and learned that the kids pizza that had been ordered with black and green olives was mistakingly made with green Chile. We had to sit and wait for a whole new pizza meanwhile our other pizzas became cold and we’re not offered any compensation. The second time the kids pizza (pictured) was burnt and several pieces couldn’t be eaten. The last and probably final experience was when we ordered for pick up were quoted a 20-30 min wait time and ultimately it took close to 60 Minutes for order to be prepared for PICK UP! That’s awful… we had to wait 30 more minutes at the location with small kids past the time it was suppose to take for 2 pizzas.

This location seems to be understaffed and it’s a terrible experience for customers especially compared to the often 5 star experience we have at most...

I placed an online order and when my son went to go pick it up, first of all the lady at the counter mispronounced my name back to my son three times after he told her the spelling and correct pronunciation, then she told him that the wait was going to be ivermectin and hour and in the app it said 15 minutes, then with a rude attitude she said if you don't wanna wait I can cancel that order there's only three of us working tonight, what do you want to do? Chewing gum like a wild goat and having a very dirty appearance. Please know that I have loved Domino's up until today. Never had my son been so disrespected in his life, you are very lucky it was my well mannered child that went. If it had been me there would have definitely been a problem. I will no longer buy anything from Dominos in my life. And I am going to spread the word of your rude employees at 3471 Highway 47 in Los Lunas NM 87031. I would advice you to supervise and train your employees better and change your criteria for selecting your employees. This is going on Google Review as well!!!!!...
