I had an excellent experience here locating furniture for one of my rental units. I was greeted by Merdis as soon as I walked in the door, and told her what I needed, but that I was on a very tight budget. She immediately partnered with Lisa and found me the items I needed and worked with me to make sure I stayed on target with my budget! They were both very friendly and helpful and made the entire process a breeze. SQ & Rick somehow managed to get all three pieces in my minivan, carefully preparing them to be moved and placing cardboard on the vehicle floor and between the pieces to prevent damage. Overall, a great experience, I was in and out in under an hour and had expected to spend all afternoon on such a task. So glad I found this spot, and highly recommend it if you’re looking for slightly loved furniture for your home or rental or office and can’t swing spending the big bucks. Today I came here with my Grandmother and her friend hoping to find a nice birthday present for herself. She wasn’t sure what she wanted but after talking to the employees she was able to make a decision. The Employees, Lisa Burke and Merdis Williams were so nice to my family. They answered all their questions and were very attentive to our needs. They made her birthday a wonderful experience and helped her find the perfect gift. We explored our ideas and budget and were almost immediately led to wonderful options . Miss Merdis at the New Orleans location has been such an amazing help. She’s taken good care of me and helped me make a great choice. After months of searching for what I want with her treating me at the door and walking me though each time , I’m going home with a beautiful sofa set.
