Last night was an insane experience. So we go to bww regularly but this was our first time at this location. We ordered the usual buy 1 get 1. We usually get the large. They supposedly don’t do the large bogo. Okay whatever. So we ordered the new original buffalo SAUCE. for the first fifteen wings and half of the second order. The other half was Thai curry. It took over 50 minutes to get our wings but we understand it was busy. First of all the whole order was on one plate. There was three people there. No extra plates. Nothing. Also only two ranches. For 30 wings. Okay cool. The second thing was they gave us dry rub buffalo. As i stated before i asked for the new sauce. Sauce. I said SAUCE THREE TIMES WHEN ORDERING. so i called our server over and he has the audacity to argue with me. This is your tip dude. He said i had a choice. Yeah and i said SAUCE. regardless he never presented me with this imaginary choice i had. So he says they’ll replace them. Honestly he could have brought a ramekin of the sauce and it would have been fine. But he replaced them instead. That’s cool. We waited another 40 minutes for these wings but that’s cool. So he’s avoiding our table. Drinks aren’t getting filled. My friend ordered a sweet tea. He didn’t get a sweet tea. It was unsweetened and there were no sugar packets anywhere in sight. My husband got the flattest dr.pepper we’d ever seen in our lives and when the wings came out they didn’t bother to give us anymore ranch! So no we have 30 + 15 wings and 2 small ramekins of ranch! Okay. I’m trying to stay reasonable but I’m ready to go. I’m far from regretting even going there. We should have gone to tgifridays but whatever. We’re like 2 hours into this terrible dinner. So our server has come by twice telling us he’s waiting for a manager. And when he finally gets the manager he points to us and the manager walks over. No introduction. Just straight up stares at us. Hello sir. Who are you? I don’t work here. I don’t recognize you. So he finally says he’s the manager and we tell him the issue. Honestly i have no idea why he’s there. The server could have explained how he made a mistake. But instead we’re here having to re explain why our order was wrong. Coool. So he finally gets the ticket. The small order voided. We pay , manager comes back. First he makes it so incredibly awkward by insisting on us telling him how this meal went wrong and how it could be better. I didn’t have time to sit there and tell him how it went wrong. How did it go right at all? I’m 33 weeks pregnant, these chairs suck and at this point in my pregnancy (unless it’s sleep) I’m not staying in a single position for 2+ hours. I didn’t think we’d be there that long when we decided to go out. So at that point i just wanted to beg him to go away. We chat for a bit. It couldn’t have gone anymore wrong. He leaves. He didn’t bring a pen! A pen to sign this god forsaken receipt. What are we supposed to sign it with? The sauce???? Also my friend asked for extra sauce and he knew we were leaving. But he brings out two sauces with no lids to these ramekins. What the heck??????? This whole experience was...
Read moreI ordered buffalo medium wings, and queso with chips. The waitress said the system was down, but "memorized" my order. She was nice, and cordial. My wings arrived after I had already enjoyed an ice cold root beer and the queso and chips. I grabbed a wing, still hot from the fryer. Smelled good. I finished off that wing and began to sweat. Grabbed another wing, and dipped it in ranch. My mouth was suddenly on FIRE!!! I looked on the underside of the paper that the wings were in and it said "wild". I looked at the menu (that was still on the table) and "wild" is the second from the top of hotness. I ordered medium which was dead middle of the heat classifications. Told the waitress and the manager walked over. The waitress told the manager that I said the wings were too hot. I said that I ordered medium, not wild. The manager said they would make me another batch of wings. Well, by this point, my mouth felt like a volcano had erupted on the sun and my mouth was ground zero. I realize I just need fresh air, some milk, and a frickin klondike bar. I went to the POS station and requested to just pay for my food and leave. Then the medium wings show up. The waitress asked me if i wanted the wings to go. I said no thanks. Her response was "well, you paid for them, you might as well take them". I took the box, paid and left. I even gave her a tip. I just wanted out of there. FAST. So I left, put the wings on the bench by the front door, and went to the gas station to get ice cream. I could finally breathe and not have my mouth drooling all over the place. Anyway... to make a long story short, I will NEVER go back to this buffalo wild wings. Oh... want some IRONY? The restaurant is on Veterans Blvd and I wasn't even offered a veteran's discount. Stay away my military brothers and sisters. All they want...
Read moreWell, what all was suppose to be a great surprise and great night for a birthday went all wrong. From the beginning we had a reservation at this location, when we got there the tables were not ready. So yes the manager decides to give us some appetizers on him which, was good. But when we arrive in our section to be seated, there was trash all over the ground from the previous party. Then, there is two different servers for our party which should take a weight off of being one server with a large group. One server took orders before the other and everything arrived 40 min before the other tables food arrive. One side was completely done there food while the other side never even got a single entree. Finally, there food arrives and one guest asks for a fork to eat his boneless wings. After waiting a few minute he never gets his fork and asks again. The server replies, "the forks are at the host stand". In my person experience I been serving for 2 years and I have never expected my guest to get up & get their own silverware from the host stand. We also brought a cake and had to eat the cake with our hands. The person involved with the fork situation never touched his food at all and did not want it. There was a situation with the billing that occurred and the manager would not take care of the bill only give a 50% discount & that's when an exchange of words occurred and everything escalated quickly. In conclusion, I believe if the silverware would have been set on the table upon being seated and the table was ready with the area clean looking this whole altercation that took place would have never even happened. Therefore, I believe there should be an evaluation of the servers and management because the service...
