Yeah, I know it's merely a fast food restaurant, but this place is embarrassing. I ordered online, to minimize the chance of a screw-up -- having the order already laid out for the employees to simply prepare. Well, I ended up with two sandwiches dressed incorrectly and two fries shorted. Naturally I had to return to the restaurant. The door to the dining area was locked, so I had to wait for an employee to assist. Funnily, another customer was already standing at the counter with an apparent wrong order of his own in hand. The manager was at the register with her phone on her ear, asking the person on the line how to issue a refund! WHAT?! When I was finally addressed, I explained my situation. No apology from the manager, though from her suspected lack of managerial skills, I shouldn't have been surprised. An employee brought me a new bag of food. I pointed out I was shorted a fry once again. Not a word from her. She returned the bag to me in silence and without eye contact. Something as basic and common sense as an apology or being respectful to customers seemed to escape anyone working in the building. Just to be sure, I re-checked the order, and sure enough -- a sandwich once again made WRONG. The other customer and I looked at each other, half-amused/half-disgusted. He said to me, "I ain't ever coming back here again." Ditto.

Read moreToday in a hurry I picked up two sandwiches to heat up later for our dinner, I ordered on my app, which lets you customize every item. I’m not sure why though because this was definitely not the first time they seem to go out of their way to make it exact opposite as I have ordered. Literally said no lettuce and light mayo, add cheese for my original chicken sandwich and we just heated them up and it was an original chicken sandwich with only lettuce. They didn’t mind charging me for the add on cheese. Then the whopper I again paid for add on cheese and said no onion or pickle and what I received was a whopper no cheese mayo and ketchup oozing off of it with lots of onions and pickles. This is the 3rd time now and different shifts and have dealt with a completely rude manager of a shift and employees who aren’t trained so they don’t know how to help or do their jobs. And have experienced the manager and an employee making fun of me while in the drive thru bc I came back with my order they did completely wrong. Read morehorrible service. the person who took our order and gave us our food was extremely rude. we ordered 2 whoopers and chicken fries, when we got to the window my grandfather asked if she could add regular fries and she said she couldn’t (which they’ve done for me before so i know she could but she just didn’t want to, which isn’t that big of a deal so we just let it go) when we got our food i checked in the bag and there weren’t any chicken fries so my grandfather told her and she said he didn’t order them and he said he did and she said he didn’t, and then he said he wanted chicken fries because he ordered them, and she said no that she wasn’t going to get them. my grandfather asked for the number to call to complain and she refused to answer him. he got out his phone and looked it up and said if he didn’t get them he was going to call right then and she finally yelled for someone to make and bring them to her. i don’t understand why she could have just gotten them initially, even if he forgot to say that he wanted them or something (even though i know for a fact he did say he wanted them) i don’t see why she had to be so rude. both of the woppers were made wrong but i don’t know if that...
