Had a hair in my pizza. Let me elaborate: baked into what I believed to be a golden buttery delicious crust was what could only be described as a strand of hair from a before picture of an anti friz shampoo ad. This hair did not simply find its way beneath a glorious layer of cheese; nay, instead it was firmly baked into the dough and had wholly become one with the pizza. The next step of my journey involves notifying the manager. The manager on duty was very apologetic; even going so far as to offer me a refund and a free pizza. While this was a very generous offer, I had to decline his remedy simply because I could not be sure there were no other loose filaments in the dough. I informed him I did not want the other pizza but I would gladly take the refund. Sadly, when I returned today the shift manager on duty refused to give me a refund. Read moreI think not being able to order over the is pretty crappie. Then you get to the place you can't go in and order you have to go through drive through. I tried ordering a thin crust with meat lovers. I was told I couldn't because that was a special order. The guy kept apologizing because he usually don't work the register. I kept assuring him it was OK . He look part autistic and I didn't want to make it harder on him and I kept telling he was good he didn't nothing wrong. Obviously it's not the workers it's the company's rules not to answer the phone to have you order over the app over the internet. We'll Lil Caesars how about if you are driving going from one town to another town and you are trying to pick up dinner for the kiddos for when you get home. Don't you realize you not suppose to use the phone while driving. So now I'm sitting outside your building waiting on my pizza that I had to wait and order once I got there. I called before going to make certain that the item I was requesting to order was available with a different topping. An employee answered the phone and rudely asked the on duty manager (Melvin) my question (I could clearly hear her because she placed the phone down) She responded to him "babee we dont have that on Saturday" and in the same tone/fashion told me over the phone. The item was available to purchase online; which I told her. The manager then said well if it allows her to do it tell her ok. Ordered food online and explained to the lady what I wanted.... Got there to pick up it was wrong and again under cooked. Save your time and frustration and go to another location. HORRIBLE...
