I have been going to this location since it opened & even would go out of my way to get coffee there. Loved all of the employees like family (a few were) but since Sarah is not there anymore as the manger things have gone downhill quickly. I would have over 300 visits in a year but I probably have had 20 visits this year. Every time I go, I get mad & like a previous poster said, the manager just stands around looking @ her employees & the customers waiting & not even helping until she absolutely has to & then pretty much shows how unhappy she is to be doing that. I went again yesterday because I was craving the awesome coffee but was not craving the non friendliness of the employees. When your leader is not happy, it rubs off on your employees. Guess Iâll have to wait another 2 months to go back in to see if anything has changed. Hopefully it will but the next visit will probably end in the same disappointment of the my last few visits. This store was (donât know if it still is) one of the top producers of the CCâs chain. Would love to know what they are ranking...
   Read moreI was in the drive through line with 2 cars in front of me at 3:55pm. When it was finally my turn to get to the speaker to place my order no one would come on to take my order. When I pulled up to the window behind the person that was in front of me that placed their order the guy locked the window. I tapped my horn to get his attention and he told me that I was not in line and that they were closed and I said I was in line for like five minutes behind the other 2 people and he said no you werenât and weâre closed and shut the window and locked it with an attitude. I donât know whatever happened to the customer is always right, but we will never go to this ccâs again. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how challenging those rushes can be, but I was genuinely impressed with how the team handled it all. Despite the chaos of the morning coffee crowd, every staff member remained calm, positive, and incredibly efficient. They worked together seamlessly to keep the line moving and orders coming out quickly, all while keeping a smile on their faces. That kind of teamwork and attitude doesnât go unnoticed!
