My little one was excited to get some ice cream from a new place. He was quickly disappointed. When we entered, it was empty and no one was at the counter to greet us. We waited about two minutes before someone finally appeared from the back. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that no one was present to greet us. The girl wasn't friendly or welcoming. We ordered two of the smallest ice creams since we've never been, we just wanted to try. It came up to over $15. After paying, the girl just disappeared in the back. She didn't say why she was going in the back, she just walked off. We stood in the store for over 10 minutes, unaware of what was going on. Finally the girl comes from the back and just says, " I have to give you a refund." No apology, no explanation. I asked why and she said she couldn't get her nitrogen machine to work. Again, no apology for the wait, no offer for a discount on a future visit for the inconvenience, no acknowledgement that the entire experience was horrible. She didn't advertise their point program. She just was not personable or hospitable at all. When you charge almost $8 for a small ice cream, you should at least have decent customer service. I couldn't tell you if the ice cream is good or worth $8 because I didn't get to try any and since it was such a horrible experience, I won't be returning unless it is offered for free. I guess there is a reason that it was empty when I got there.

Interesting place that I ended up going to on a whim. Was supposed to be going to Jinyas but after finding out a 30 min wait time. Ended up here as I noted the place as I parked to walk to the ramen shop. So while it might not seem like much if u understand the science behind it its pretty cool. LN2 basically freezes the ice cream to perfection in about 45 seconds so basically their making fresh ice cream to order. Tho without googling the info you'd prob not really note Very cool that there 15% off for signing up for rewards which is very easy to do. There's also 15% off for college students in the area. Awesome business sense. Place stays pretty busy looks like so don't expect to walk in and out in a min or 2 The croffle is REALLY good. I had the cookies and cream and while it was still delicious its prob not the optimal paring. I'd daresay the cheesecake one with the hot waffle is prob significantly better. The nitrogen float was also delicious and all goes does with a thick straw. - a little bit at the bottom u can get out with a spoon Only reason I didn't get 5* is staff wasn't as energetic and friendly as I'd expect a 5* place to be. Though no one was by any means rude. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area!!

This place is nice, service is very good despite the fact that they prepared the vegan ice cream from scratch. Whatever flavor you choose, they can make it vegan for you. They use oat milk and nitrogen, and you can see the mixers making your ice cream fresh! The only thing is that (at least for the small cup) you can only choose one flavor. It tastes nice, but the flavors are very mild. I thought it was going to be stronger. I almost couldn't taste the Key Lime. Prices are too high. We paid $20 for 2 small cups with one scoop each. There's definitely room for improvement. I hope they listen to their clients.

UPDATE: So new developments. I was so upset some digging was done on this establishment. I attached photos of the vents and their most recent health inspections courtesy of my sweet web sluth. These girls are in moldy, non-temperature controlled conditions. This establishment has been cited multiple times for being uncleanly and making major food violations. There is a lack of education about food safety to such a degree it's honestly a miracle no one has become seriously ill. It is clear at this point the owners of this establishment stopped caring about this place a long time ago, that or they lack any semblance of pride in themselves. That is evident in the abhorrent conditions they are willing to allow staff and patrons to be subjected to.

My partner and I visited today (07/20/25), and boy where do I start? Upon walking in the first thing that stood out to me was the fact I could detect no temperature difference inside and outside. It is currently 99°F outside and honestly after ordering it was almost refreshing to step out into. It is easily 85°+ in the building right now. It is cruel to have those kind girls working in those conditions. They are all very clearly hot and exhausted, some of them even looked a bit dizzy and disoriented. Despite that they took our allergy concerns seriously and I have no complaints there. Honestly I'm shocked they don't all just walk out. This probably will end in a complaint to the health department and whoever else I can bother because the conditions in there are disgusting. I made the mistake post ordering of looking up and seeing what I could only describe as a moldy, wet, dusty recreation of a Jackson Pollock painting with the way it was splattered all over the vents and walls. The ceilings are high so the employees couldn't even reach them to clean them if they wanted to, so honestly shame on the owners. My partner and I have a lot of food senitivity issues. I cannot have gluten or oats, they cannot have gluten, oats, or dairy. We saw online they advertised "coconut" or "cashew" milk, and all they had was oatmilk. Which is strange because thats not even on the menu but okay. If we had noticed the ceilings first we probably would not have ordered, but oh well. I guess the only win here is at least we all got a blast of cool air as the employees used the nitrogen to make the ice cream. We can claim that as a small victory in this absolutely distressing situation. As I sit here like a Karen typing this from my air conditioned car, several families were smarter than us and went in and about faced immediately out. I wonder if the owners can see that they are not financially benefiting by remaining open in these situations. It is disgusting in there, the way they treat employees is disgusting, and honestly if I could give zero...

4 stars only but the delightful concoctions and the clean premises were certainly not to blame; the ice cream was smooth, there was no clutter in front or behind the counter, and people behind the counter were very polite. The problem, however, are the too many little things that cannot be ignored en masse: their was a steady stream of people but not one customer was wearing a mask and masks were either not worn by the individuals behind the counter or worn incorrectly. Wished they had a sign at the door and if they'd modeled what they want their customers to do. In these crazy times, masks are for everyone's sake. there was a steady stream of people and the girls behind the counter although very polite, seemed overwhelmed and they were not using all the freezing pads which defeats the purpose. We had to wait on our fourth specialty ice cream but the wait could have been averted with better communication even without using the extra freezing pad. ice cream was incredibly smooth but the toppings, besides the whipped cream, would have been better in the batter. The clumps of toppings stuffed on the side were a mouthfull at times. We'd go back but perhaps when wearing of masks is at least encourage and there is a reliable vaccine otherwise, we'll stick to our Haggen Dazs as a safe substitute...that's how good...
