I worked there for just over three weeks before I finally gave up. Sr. Manager Melissa Pepper was verbally abusive and always treated me like I was stupid, even though she knew it was my FIRST job. Every inch of the kitchen was gross, not to mention some of the workers not caring about food safety. I was barely taught how to do anything, including asking for days off. 6 days before homecoming, I asked for Saturday off, so I could go to the dance. She screamed and cussed at me for something I had no way of knowing, since nobody would tell me anything. I went back to working the drive thru speaker, noticeably unhappy. A customer came through and mumbled her order, and refused to repeat herself. She got to the window and was upset that I put her two blizzards as mini instead of medium. Melissa proceeded to tell at me and deadname me, saying “You need to pay attention, Jenna.” Again, you could tell I wasn’t feeling great over the speaker. She then yelled “just go home,” which I didn’t think was serious. She did actually send me home, and was livid that I forgot to clock out when I was sobbing, trying to leave. I then worked on Thursday, but my shift was 4-10:30, rather than 4-7 like I thought. I needed to the shoe store after, but I couldn’t leave. I went to Sharita, and told her that my mental state was too rocky to keep working (I suffer from major depressive disorder). She only replied with “fine. Whatever, just go.” A few days ago, my father was told that my check would be ready Friday. We went and asked about it, and Melissa was openly making fun of me. I called a little later, and Melissa said, “you just got a check last week. Why the hell would you have one this week?”. Needless to say, DO...
Read moreI have been to many DQs and have always had good experiences but this one is the worst I have ever been to ordered a mini blizzard when we ordered our food and when we got ready to leave we went to get our blizzard and when I saw it I knew it was not made correctly was told the reason it was soft and runny was because of the ingredients that were put in it was literally liquid that's why it looked like it did asked to have it remade turned out the same way different employee made it and it came out the way it was suppose to but had to wait 30 minutes from beginning to end. The poor couple that were there before us waited one hour for two ice cream sundaes we will not be back. But the cashier that was working the front counter and the employee that we finally got that made our blizzard correctly were very friendly and helpful the employee that made my blizzard wrong and asked if I wanted it remade and then tried to explain to me that's how it was supposed to look needs more knowledge training and an attitude adjustment when we drove into the parking lot to go inside to eat four employees were outside on break smoking and eating and when we left one hour later the same employees were outside sitting at the same table when we were there people were complaining about their orders being messed up and them being out of cheeseburgers horrible experience I have never seen a restaurant that mismanaged. I gave it a one-star because there was no zero...
Read moreI don't normally review places, but after the terrible experience I had a few days ago, i couldn't pass it up.
My boyfriend and I ordered a number #4 and a #7 through the drive-through. The person who took our order even asked me how I wanted my chicken. We get our order, check the bag, and low-and-behold everything is there except
He went to the door and proceeded to tell them they messed up big time on our order. The guy who answered the door said that, "since the sandwich wasn't on the recipt we would have to go through the drive-through again to pay for it." How do you leave a sandwich off the recipt after you've been asked if you want it grilled or crispy?!?!
We decided we had enough and left. I had already paid $11 for what they had got correct and I did not feel like being ripped off again. Plus if they couldnt get my order right the first time then what makes me think they'll get it...
