I only go here so my child can play indoors and hopefully get interaction with other children. This play place is FILTHY. When we leave there, we have to drive straight home to wash her off and change her clothes. I don't even like her to eat while she plays because her hands are so dirty. The air conditioning in the play area is either turned off most of the time or just doesn't work. The employees are unaware of why or how to correct it. They are polite but don't seem to be able or willing to fix it. The tables are always dirty. Upon getting there, I grabbed napkins to wipe the table off before we ate. All THREE of the hands sanitizer dispenser stations were empty. When I asked an employee about it, he said they didn't even have any in the kitchen and didn't have replacements for the lobby. After I wiped our table with a dry napkin, he came and wiped all the tables with a wet rag and a bottle of ?cleaner? Although I didn't smell any cleaning solution. The tables were then so wet that they took 5 minutes to dry. I don't see us going back. However, busy chik fil a is, that's...
Read moreAs soon as I entered the restaurant, Scarlett greeted me with a smile. I told her I’ll use the restroom first, and then order; she cheerfully responded, “Ok! No problem! I will be here to take your order when you return!” My first impression: Wow, I never seeen this before in a McD’s (I was very impressed)! I have not been to McDonald’s in a LONG time. When I was reviewing the menu, I was shocked at the absence of salads and grilled chicken sandwiches. Healthy options have dwindled :-(
I ordered an unsweetened iced tea, and that’s it. She suggested the oatmeal, described it having fresh apples and raisins, and said it was really good. I added it to my order and literally enjoying my oatmeal as I write this review.
I commend Scarlett for being a friendly person with excellent customer service. I also want to give a shout-out to the management. All of the employees were really nice and weren’t spazzed out with stank attitudes (like most McD’s).
This is the best McD’s I’ve encountered. Go here. And try the oatmeal; it is awesome (available in the afternoon, not just...
Read moreWent there this morning, hash brown tasted like it had been fried in extremely old oil. It was 10 o'clock and I wanted lunch but couldn't get it because they serve breakfast until 11am on weekends at this location. For breakfast I usually get a sausage mcgriddle, hash brown and a large Sprite, everywhere else that costs around $3.50 because those items are all on the dollar menu. But at this location it was around $5.50. About $2 more at this location as opposed to all others that I go to. They didn't give me any napkins and I had to wait for the person to come back to the window and open it and speak to me (they saw me sitting there and looking at them and acted like I was invisible) then she had an attitude when she opened the window and just said "What?" Then she just handed me a straw didn't say anything and just shut the window. People working there are rude, the food tastes funny, and it costs more. This...
