McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I have been to McDonalds all over this country and in 5 other Continents around the world. This is the worst one I have been to. I was told to pull forward which is very common so totally understand. I sat there for at least 10 minutes. About 5+ cars got their orders and were in their way. I pulled into a parking spot and went in. As I was approaching the door, the lady working the drive through asked me if I had the double quarter. I said no, it was the single. I stood there at the counter for an additional 10+ minutes. I kept hearing the lady and the manager call out my order to be made. But the food preps. Ignored and I had to raise my voice and ask if my order was made. The lady told me they were making it now. Still nothing and I was being ignored when I should have been #1 priority as I ordered 20 minutes prior at least. Finally when I got my order, the manager just pointed another lady to me and said that’s that man’s order. No kind of apology or anything. The lady just handed me my order and said nothing like this was all my fault. The burger was slapped together and not very easy to eat. Just about every worker there looked uninterested in working and no sense of urgency when they screw up. By reading others comments, looks like they do that normally. This McDonalds should either close, or get rid of these garbage workers and hire people that...

I am glad that I am the first to review this McDonalds, hopefully others will read this and think twice before entering the parking lot. I was hungry after leaving the walmart nearby and decided to swing by mcdonalds to get a big mac. I drive up to the ordering window, and have to repeat my order at least 3 times because the girl on the microphone was giggling with her friend. Here's my favorite part, I drive up to the checkout window and give her a $20 for my meal that costs $6.19. She couldnt count out 81 cents in change!!! She pulled out different assortments of nickels and pennies before accidentally dropping them all over the ground, completely missing my hand. She handed me the dollar bills afterwards and I just sat in my car.( I couldn't open my truck door to get the change as I was too close to the drive thru window.) After SHE dropped the change everywhere, she had the nerve to say," Oh and sir your change is on the floor if you wanna go ahead and get that." I tried to open my truck door to get it then shut it and gave up. When I picked up my meal at the next window they had purposely put the large fry carton in the bag upside down. We drove up to the drive thru and waited 10 mins without anyone taking our order. Yet when another car pull into the other drive thru lane, her order was immediately taken. So we drove up to the first window with the lady working there looks confuse and asked can she help us. After we told her the situation she immediately took our order. Then comes another 10 mins of wait at their 3rd window for our food. Once we got our food, as always we checked our order and realized we were missing one of our burger. So I pulled around and went in and told one of the worker that I am missing an order. Her first response was, she never rung me up for it. Once I showed her the recipe, her next response was, we already gave it to you. So here's the question, how can you possible gave it to me when your first response was, "we never rung you up for it."?
