Today / 07/25/21 the person from the drive thru was listening well so I raised my voice a little so that she could hear me better and then what she did was yell at me through the Speaker.
I asked her please for a cold coffee latte so she said she didn't understand so I asked her for a frappuchino and two cheeseburgers and the woman gave me four FraPuccinos very reluctantly, she kept talking to me and answered me through the Speaker yelling at me.
So I told her through the window that it was only one (1) FraPuccino not four, and she said sorry, your order is four (4) Frappuchinos and two cheeseburgers! So forced I had to buy more Frappuccinos since there were people behind me waiting, the woman is having a bad day and since I am a little more intelligent and I am afraid of God, I decided to ignore the situation. But this woman who is in the Drive thru today Sunday July 25, 2021 is a person who is bitter, stubborn and has no vocation to provide quality of service, if you have a bad day why not go home ?! but do not try to damage the day of others.
It was rude, not at all friendly and if it weren't for Mc Donals' food is good, if it were for the employees, the store chain I think it would fail because I have really come across many employees who work badly and treat customers badly and I remind them employees that you have a job and are paid to provide a service so convenience doesn't have to revolve around you in your job! you have to do your job well, period. That's the job !!!

I noticed on the screen, she entered in 2 bbq sauces. I told her that I didn't want barbeque sauce, telling her what I wanted again. She said something else, and I reiterated once again, when she came back,saying,"I know you don't want barbeque sauce, but how many do you want of each, to which I answered. She asked me to pull up to the first window, then the second. The girl at the second window had an attitude as well and told me to pull up as it would be 3 minutes on my tenders. I complied and a few minutes later, a guy pops up with my order. I drive home, my husband opens the bag, only to find one signature sauce, no sweet and sour sauce, but 3 barbeque sauces, that I repeated 3 times, that I did not want! Now can anyone tell me that this was not done intentionally??? Then, we hear about these workers demanding they be paid minimum of 15.00 an hour!...
Read moreI came to this location between 8:20-8:30AM and experienced the worst customer service in my life. When I pulled up to the first window to pay, the cashier was talking so fast and I couldn't understand what she was saying. It was so bad that I just told her the total of my order. She had to get the ticket voided. I apologized for the misunderstanding(because I have manners) but when she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me I I was shocked at her rude behavior. I didn't address it at the next window because the gentleman at the second window was much more pleasant and groomed.? This cashier needs to be trained on customer service because she has no clue nor did she seem to take pride in her job. Although this is fast food, that doesn't mean you have less than quality workers. This woman looked dirty.
