What a terrible transaction. I ordered delivery online and when the order arrived, i received the wrong order of chicken. Originally i ordered honey chipolte but what arrived was regular chicken with a marinara sauce on the side. On the box it read honey chipolte with a pizza sauce labeled as well. Reviewing my online order it didnt say anything about a pizza sauce. When i tried to call the store(multiple times), no one answered. So i had to drive to the store to correct it.
First off, its rediculous that i order delivery to avoid having to leave my house... only to end up having to drive over there anyway to correct their mistake.
The girl (Paige) who greeted me at the front counter was terrible. Yup, Im not happy at this point. And she did not help the situation. I told her that i recieved the wrong item in my delivery and when i trued to call about it, noone answered. She told me the phone lines were down. She looked at the box and pointed out "see here, it says 1 pizza sauce so all that its missing is honey chipolte. This is how we recieved the order. Thats how it was placed" i told her that it was not how it was placed That i had the order details on my phone from the papajohns email and that it wasnt listed anywhere on there. She didnt wanna hear it. She profusely implied that it wasnt their fault. All while getting increasingly defensive like this was a personal attack on her. She replies "Its how the order came to 'US'." Wow. She never gave me any sort of sincere "im sorry" or any sort of offer of reconciliation. So naturally, im irate at this point. As she held the box on its side, put it closer to my face and pointed out the "+1 pizza sauce" i told her i didnt give a F* what it says on the box and that they were obviously having a problem with their computer system since they moved locations. She told me to stop cursing and then denied that there was an issue with their store and that the program was a "corpodate thing and nothing to do with US". I asked who the store manager was and she said "im a manager". I reply "yeah, no. I want the store manager. Youre terrible" She gives me his name. I said "when your phone systems are back online i'll call him and we can talk" to which she replies "yeah, and when i talk to him, ill be sure to tell him how you were cursing at me". All i can do is laugh at this point. Paige has no business managing anyone, let alone a business. If she doesnt respect the customers time, money or business... then she will only cause more problems with more loyal customers. Let that sink in with...
Read moreI usually go out of my way to not order from this papa johns location. Service is inconsistent and doesn't hold up to the quality of the countless other Papa Johns(or other pizza places for that matter) in the area. Tonight was no exception. We ordered 3 items for delivery. The driver mistakenly tried to hand me 1 item but turned out to be the wrong order. Easily corrected. Mistakes happen. I bring my order inside and open up what is supposed to be a HALF cheese and Half philly steak pizza. Turns out its a 2/3 cheese and 1/3 philly steak pizza. The slices on the cheese side are MASSIVE. The philly steak are tiny. It's pretty annoying because this has happened multiple times where they cant find the center of the pizza when they are cutting it. Other times they dont cut the pizza through (causing me to have to recut it) or the quality of the pizza doesnt hold up to other Papa John's(like the airline location which is ALWAYS on point). Fed up, I call the store to speak with a manager and they hand the phone to Monica. I explain the situation to her and ALSO explained that i am not seeking reimbursement or to have the order replaced. Instead i am informing her of the reoccuring situation that i keep experiencing from this particular location. Monica started repeating what i was saying back to me and it was immediately clear that she was acting snarky and defensive. She told me she would talk to her oven workers to get to the bottom of it. When i said "that would be great, thank you" she faintly said "thanky..." and hung up on me mid-word. Seriously? You're the manager they have running this place? You're the leader the owner entrusts with their business? No wonder this Papa John's is consistently bad. We won't be ordering from this location again. In the future, we will just order delivery from your competitors or will continue to drive to airline...
Read moreThere’s always an issue with this place and it’s unfortunately that the employees are what’s making it unpleasant. The last time i ordered from here i said it would be my last because the employee couldn’t tell me what 3 cheeses were in the 3 blend even though it’s literally their job to know. Furthermore, the in-store menu literally has the 3 cheeses listed in the description! I decided to give them one more chance and i called to place a delivery order. The guy gets by information, including my phone number and address and inquired whether they delivered to this address to an employee or manager in the background. He asked me to repeat the address again to assure he had it right and I’m awaiting the answer as the conversation amongst the employees continued and then they hung the phone up in my face. Giving them a moment thinking they would called back, i waited. When they didn’t use the number i just gave them to reach back out to a potential paying customer, it was safe to assume they hung up on me because they didn’t deliver here. Instead of having decency and telling me that and giving me the opportunity to place a carry out order instead, they lost a paying customer forever for being rude af and hanging up in my face. When i called them back i asked if i was intentionally hung up or were we disconnected by accident and the guy tells me “yeah because you didn’t answer!” I asked what i was supposed to answer as no one was talking to me...i was listening to the conversation being had amongst the workers...and when they answered NO they don’t deliver to this address...i was hung up on. UNACCEPTABLE. I’m officially done with that particular Papa Johns. Unprofessional. I WISH I COULD GIVE...
