Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Louisiana

I personally never really brought my kids to chucke cheese because let’s be honest, it doesn’t have the best reputation. But we decided to take our boys today & were blown away with how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. Kourtney the manager was so patient and kind. I watched her give the best service to everyone and even walk around and test every game in the building. Every game worked perfectly & I was so impressed. Simply because of her managing the place and how impressed we were, I am considering their annual membership. We definitely will be back!

EDIT: update we visited Monday August 25. We have been members for over a year now and love going after school with our littles. However, on Monday, we had a situation where I purchased the trampoline worst bands for my 2 boys ages 3 & 4. It was their first time jumping and they were so excited! Until the man working supervising the trampoline told my son he could not jump since his wrist band was not for the correct day. (Spoke to my 3 & 4 year olds in an unacceptable tone.) when I told him I had just purchased the worst bands not even 5 minutes ago, I told him to let the kids jump while I corrected the band colors. He refused. I then told him “there was clearly miscommunication since I just purchased these, why would I be given this color wrist band.” He proceeded to yell at me and tell me “maybe because the girl working up front is an idiot!” I then told him “wow you really shouldn’t be working with kids with this attitude of yours.” He then proceeded to yell at me and said “the kids aren’t the issue, it’s the parents like you that I can not stand!” My kids were crying because they wanted to jump. We requested a refund for our food & trampoline passes and left. My son keeps asking if we can return to Chuck E. Cheese but also cries that he is scared of the mean man. I’d love to continue my membership here. But if this disrespectful man is still working there, myself along with my close friends will be canceling our...

Wish i could rate a zero stars . I will not ever be back !! The manager ( she’s white with braces & kind of heavyset ) is racist towards black people which is funny because most of y’all customers are black . She had the nastiest attitude ever . I spent 100 at this location just to be handled poorly !!! Please go somewhere that your money is appreciated. ( Dave and busters ) it’s way better or ( airborne trampoline park . The lady refused to give me her name because i told her i was reporting her .She kept scanning items that was 10 tickets for 100 to hurry up and get us out of her way faster . I kindly asked her about why she was doing that and her response was i have no reason to steal your tickets in the nastiest attitude ever then rolled her eyes . I said i just saw you improperly scan a few things and she denied it and said girl whatever . She lucky i had my kids with me . The next black couple who came behind us she didn’t even greet them and immediately asked them what you want . I never met a white girl so ghetto in my entire life !!!! The workers had better attitudes then the manager and that’s a shame !!! I’m pretty sure someone else will report her .A manager suppose to be professional...

SUPER DISAPPOINTING!! I did my babys first birthday here 2/10/19. I get there and our tables and section were still dirty with the previous party's juices etc .I had to help clean it . Then once I'm finally set up ,I had to go and find our host Hannah . The party started for 4 & finally at about 4:15 we finally are able to put in other food orders and get everything situated with the children. Cake time came ,& to my suprise NO CAKE CUTTER !Hannah says they ran out 😳🤦 So she gave me a butter knife and I had to cut the cake MYSELF ,which the butter knife made a complete mess and tore the cake up .Then I had to remind her about the dipping dots ,then I had to remind her about the pinata .Had I not mentioned I wouldn't have got it .So I had to take it home because everyone started leaving . Even our table ,we had to help her clear the table in the end also . Not to mention ,the amount of games that were out of tickets and not working . To say It was supposed to be stress free and Chuck e chessecheese say they will take the burden for you didn't quite go that way .Especially when the host is unorganized and doesn't seem to know what's going on .$343 is an expensive head ache ....
