we decided to order take out. I ordered pollo ceibeno and bistec encebollado for my friend. We pay and pick up our order and when I am in the car my friends opens the food and notices my pollo ceibeno had grilled chicken instead. So, I called the restaurant back and the lady on the phone refused to exchange my plate even though I had not touched one bit and she also refused to give me a refund! she also refused to give me the name of her manager or the cellphone number!! this is the worst service ever! she kept arguing with me that I was the one wrong!! in the end i put in another order for pollo ceibeno and I told her if she understood what I was saying... btw this was said in spanish so i know it was not a language problem...I ended up paying for a plate I never ate and for something that WAS NOT MY MISTAKE, ..I am still seeking out the managers phone number or some way to contact them so if anyone know pls let me know.. worst customer service ever. i used to go there every weekend but...

Excellent service and delicious food. The prices are very reasonable and the dining area is very cozy, clean and well kept. Kudos to the preparers of our food...excellent preparation and kudos to the young waitress who took our order and brought us our food, the waitress was hard working, friendly and very polite and understood our every need and want. If I could do 0 stars I definitely would. I called before hand to order my food. They said it would be really in 20 minutes. Went there after 20 minutes and still waiting a few more minutes only for them to tell me they didn’t even start on my order. I would go inside and put your order in instead of calling.
