This little place blew my mind!! The customer service is really genuine, efficient, and hospitable! My daughter wanted sushi for her 9th birthday and Sushi Village was conveniently located and on the way to our b-day venue. I actually had never been here before but when I called and they said they could put my order on a party tray, I was in! When I showed up the lady was decorating and arranging the tray to look top notch - which was a nice surprise! Knowing it was for my daughter's birthday, she added cute little Japanese lollipops as part of the decor - additional nice surprise 🍭! Then she gave me a super fun sparkler candle - saving grace bc I hadn't even realized yet I forgot a candle for the party! All of these special touches were so appreciated and they definitely left their mark in a positive way! So many restaurant staff members could give 2 licks about how they represent the company they work for so having this experience was a nice change! The sushi was good and the kids (and adults) gobbled it all up! Looking for to...

The very first time I came to Sushi Village was in November of 2013. I was working on a movie in New Orleans. Several of the crew members took me to all you can eat sushi dinner.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall in Metairie, Louisiana. Upon entering we were greeted with a friendly gesture from the sushi chef. Being from Japan I appreciated that.

I've had amazing sushi all over the world. I was expecting decent but rather pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The fish tasted fresh and the rice was perfectly done.

I instantly became a huge fan. I'm not that far away in Florida. It's worth the few hours of driving to savor the delicacies. I'm spreading the word to all my friends here....

This is my favorite place to go for sushi in the NOLA area (seriously, I live in New Orleans, and I will gladly drive all the way to Metairie for this food). With the happy hour special of BOGO rolls, it's such a great place to go with a group of friends or even a family. My favorites are the Fat J roll (2 shrimp tempura, smelt roe, asparagus, avocado, snow crab inside, topped with tuna, boiled shrimp, crunch with eel sauce and white sauce wrapped in soy paper) and the Last Unicorn roll (Boiled shrimp, crab meat, cucumber, mango, coconut shrimp on top with seared tuna, salmon, lemon and shredded coconut). It's family owned and operated, and just a fantastic place. Sushi...

If you're looking for an all you can eat option that's affordable without sacrificing quality, look no further than Sushi Village. At just upwards of 20 dollars, the all you can eat menu is an exceptional value. You can order endless amounts of salad, soup, sashimi, sushi, special rolls, appetizers, and desserts. And they will keep bringing you new menus to fill out until you say you're finished. Excellent sushi, remarkable service. I highly recommend this quality establishment to anyone looking for great sushi at a great price.
