I tried Walk-On's before and was not impressed. It has been a couple of years though and all I've heard is try Walk-On's they're good. Even my daughter told me I needed to try it again. So I did. Walked in and was told it would be a 25 minute wait so we waited, 6 minutes later our table was ready. Okay. Sat down, got drinks, ordered an appetizer. All good. Appetizer came out right on time. It was so-so. I think it was angels on horseback. They were too crispy on the outside, the shrimp were tough and the bacon was soggy. We ordered our dinner. Still seemed to be doing good. Then we waited and waited and finally our food came. We weren't in a hurry so the wait didnt bother us. It wasn't terribly long just a bit. Then our dinner arrived. When the server put my plate on the table he says the onion strings will be just a while longer but I'll bring them out when they are ready. Well that's not good since it's not a side dish it's part of my dish, a topping. My husband began eating without me which was okay it was a laid back evening we were talking and enjoying our night out. After a while I felt I should at least take a few bites while it was hot. The server finally checks on us and my husband politely says that I'm still waiting on my onion strings. The server goes back and returns about 8 minutes later with a plate of 3 onion rings. Good thing because the onion rings (all 3 of them) were the only good part of my experience there. I put some ketchup on the plate and enjoyed some nice crispy almost warm onion rings for dinner...

This was by far the worst experience coming here. I’ve been Employed in the food business for a long time so I am pretty understanding of slow service times and new staff but it was just horrible. We waited over an hour for our food while ppl who were seated after us got their food way before we did. The waitress told us to download the app and we could enjoy a free cheese fry as a reward. She never comp the cheese fry. They cheese fries usually come w waffle fries and they were normal fries and they seemed to be old. She never refilled our drinks; my husband order the Louisiana seafood plate w extra hush puppies; never got the hush puppies but I paid for them(yes we told her we did not get the extra ones) I ordered lemon butter chicken w no corn grits. I got the chicken and corn gits no broccoli. I told the runner that I didn’t want the corn grits so she took my plate back and they brought my chicken out on a different plate. Just the chicken no side. The chicken was burnt and really was like chicken jerky. Waitress said I was suppose to have broccoli and left to get it and I had to ask again for the broccoli which was not even cooked. I paid $60 for a meal I def did not enjoy. My husband told me to just pay as we’d been there for 2 hours already. The waitress kept saying she was embarrassed but she did not offer to make any of it better and I never did get a refilled drink as my hubby...

Very cool place. It was very busy here both times we visited. A ten to fifteen minute wait for a table. If you love sports and want to see it all while having a meal or a few beers, this is it. We collectively get a variety of sandwiches from burgers to chicken. The food is good. But I think the ambiance of sports bar screams louder than the food. This is a really cool place with food rather than the other way around if you understand where I'm coming from. Both times we had a group of 6. Both times we encountered very young servers who were not servers. I'm not quite sure what was on their minds. The first visit was almost my last. Understand that I'm the one who pays the check. I scrutinize food service and value. They would be better off with a professional waitstaff. Both times our server was really struggling... not knowledgeable, untrained or unsupervised. While my burger was good, my experience was muddied wondering why it would take asking twice and over ten minutes (actual time) to get extra napkins. Usually if you ask for napkins there is an immediate need. Refills on soft drinks needed a reminder. So, all of the cool factor has worn off now. Yes the inside of the place is awesome. Food is better than most sports bars. The service just sucked the joy out of my visit. I'm giving it four stars on wow factor and nice TV's. If my adult children want to go here again it will...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name], and I must say, our experience was elevated thanks to our incredible server, Cheyenne. From the moment we were seated, Cheyenne’s warm and welcoming personality made us feel right at home. She greeted us with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu’s highlights, offering insightful recommendations that truly catered to our tastes. What stood out most was her impeccable attention to detail. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal, checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Every dish was brought out promptly, and Cheyenne ensured each course was served with a perfect balance of enthusiasm and professionalism. Her knowledge of the wine pairings was spot-on, and she even offered to bring us a sample of a new dish when we expressed curiosity about it — a gesture that really made the evening feel personal. Cheyenne’s service was a seamless blend of efficiency and warmth, making our meal not just a dining experience but a memorable event. Her excellent timing, paired with her genuine care for ensuring we had the best experience possible, is a rare find and one that certainly deserves recognition. If you ever find yourself at [Restaurant Name], be sure to ask for Cheyenne—she is the epitome of what great service should be.
